First time I stay in this property, rooms are neet and clean with proper amenity. Amazing food, we enjoyed our dinner in RoofTop Restaurant with live music. Amazing atmosphere. Staff are well trained and helpfull. In room part Housekeeping are very good and very humble. They take care of our very friendly.

Hotel location is near by relway station Food quality is very good, staff behaviour is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very net and clean, all over staying at hotel is nice 👍👍👍 .....,............................................

We had gone to their restuarant for lunch. Their so called customer experience manager accompanied us to the second floor of the restaurant. We were vegetarian and seems though this is both it is known well for its non vegetarian delicacies only. Too late until then though coz we were super hungry and we thought of taking a chance also. The washrooms were ok. Another hint still we chose to let it go. Got the table cleaned and finally sat down thinking to have some good food. Staff is very laid back. No customer attention, lethargic and slow. Had ordered shikanjee which was only soda and jeera powder , not even stirred properly. We had asked them to bring it back and they added little salt and made it a bit edible. The next mistake of ours we ordered cucumber splash. It was literally cucumber splashed in sprite so badly presented. Then came for the showstopper our main course food. Roti which had no butter and looked like rubber and was cold. Rice, vegetable, dal everything was cols and this was after a waiting time of 20mins. We had to ask them to get it fixed and inspite of another 15 mins wait there was no sign of food. Locals were given preference is what I felt. Ultimately after loosing patience we walked out of the restaurant paying them what we consumed. I would definitely recommend the Agarwal veg restaurant next to it for good food.

Third grade service, they take money for 2 full plate prown, but provide only 6 pieces prawn so much lower size rs 838, no one goes this restaurant, third gade restaurant, cash counter taking money without receipt, fraudulent, thief, owner or md i think advised them to do like that

Deeply satisfied with the Hospitality of receptionist staff & Madam Sushree.Welcome drink is a great thing I never find in others. Staff behaviour is very cordial & helpful. I have given 4 out of 5 because things to be included are complimentary breakfast & tourist guide/transportation. Hotel is new around 2 months.Around 700 mts from Railway station and 1.5 km from Sea beach.

Stay was comfortable but the hospitality of the front office staff was very welcoming. Would highly recommend, great location and convenient. Rooms are very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities.
