Airwell Bed and Breakfast

Airwell B&B is absolutely lovely. It is so tastefully decorated. The breakfasts are delicious. The owners are very accommodating and have thoughtful small details such as personalized welcome signs in each room and fresh made chocolate chip cookies. I stayed in the Ashby suite which has a spacious bedroom (SUPER comfortable bed and bedding) as well as an amazing fully updated bathroom and a lovely sitting room with a cozy sofa, large TV, fireplace and small dining table set for two. You can enjoy the hot tub and a glass of wine or venture out to one of the many local wineries or breweries. It is a "must stay at" location for a perfect couples getaway.

We are so happy we chose to stay here. Perfection in every detail!! We stayed in Powell’s Studio which is a separate cottage. Loved having a separate tv room and bedroom. We brought meals to heat up for dinner since the Studio has a kitchen. Breakfast on our own patio each morning - oh how I miss it. Lisa is an incredible cook! Each morning the breakfasts were delicious. Little details were all over the place - cookies and treats, drinks, welcome sign with our name, tablecloth with flowers with breakfast. The grounds have little sitting areas so even if there are others staying you can find your own little nook. We enjoyed the sunset over the mountains. Plus lots of wineries in the area to enjoy - there is one only a half mile away that I would recommend. If you are looking to stay in the area - stop looking and stay here. You will love it!!

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The grounds have so many nice spots to sit and relax. The decor of the whole house can only be described as charming. Plus the food was delicious. We were in the area for a wedding but have already discussed a return trip to enjoy the accommodations a bit more. Highly recommend!

My wife And I LOVE this place! We have stayed a few times and every stay is perfection. The owners Lisa and Todd are awesome. They go way above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. We are hooked on Nan's Cottage. It's a private cottage next to the main house with everything you could ask for. The breakfast is THE BEST and brought to your room. We have stayed at plenty of B&Bs and Airwell is by far our favorite!

Absolutely awesome experience. We stayed in Nans Cottage. Todd & Lisa super Hostesses. Breakfast were scrumptious and so elaborate. Would highly recommend. Very convenient to many winieries in the area.

Chose this as a fun overnight getaway because as former history majors we can't resist an old home and it delivered on every point! First the property is gorgeous - the house is incredible, the land is beautiful. We stayed in the Dogwood Room which was very luxurious and even featured a lovely fireplace. Every detail in the room had comfort in mind - soft linens, glasses at the ready, comfy chairs by the fireplace, plush carpet, heavy curtains, and information at your fingertips for anything you could think of. The water pressure in the shower was great and bathroom was large enough to accommodate two people trying to brush teeth etc. They also had snacks and water immediately outside in the hallway in addition to the beer and wine for sale. I've been raving about the delicious breakfast to everyone - the most decadent filled french toast I have ever had. We really appreciated it's easy driving proximity to some of the local wineries - we went to an event at Walsh Family Wine - and all the great restaurants in Purcellville. Todd and Lisa were so friendly and warm - some of the most lovely BnB hosts we've had a chance to meet. Since we were there in December the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there were candles in every window. It really was the most romantic spot to stay and we only wished we'd booked several nights instead of one. Oh well guess we have to head back ASAP!!
