El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La zona de entrada, el bar y el restaurante eran muy bonitos y buenos: la habitación era un poco más pequeña de lo esperado y tenía la ventana en un mirador. El gimnasio constaba de una colección de equipos deportivos (antiguos), pero estaba bien si no tienes grandes expectativas al respecto. La zona de bienestar, que lindaba con el gimnasio, nos parecía extremadamente incómoda y habríamos tenido que pagar otros 20$ por persona, lo que definitivamente no habría valido la pena.

Back again after five years. I had room 807 on the top floor facing the plaza. It had a smallish double glazed dormer window that had seals that were hard, but due to the lack of traffic there was very little traffic noise. A bit of hallway noise due to the gappy door. I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. There was a sofa bed in the room but no mattress. Only Chilean PowerPoints in the room with no USB outlets. No kettle, no bottled water, no slippers, no robes. Hotel instructions and information including menus where via a QR code on one wall.  Typical South American buffet breakfast with lukewarm runny scrambled eggs, nice hams and cheese. No bacon or sausages were offered. Average pot coffee. I ordered a poorly made bitter cortado the first morning and it cost $3,000 pesos extra. I had excellent dinners in the beautifully renovated Faro restaurant all three nights of my stay.  One of the great things about this hotel is that there are free MTB bikes available for guests for the limited number of bike paths available.  Would stay again.

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.
