my stay at oakwood was truly exceptional. from the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and make me feel at home. everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the food was absolutely fantastic, offering a great variety and rich flavors that i thoroughly enjoyed. the coffee was a highlight—always freshly brewed and consistently excellent, perfect for starting the day. overall, oakwood exceeded my expectations, and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay

I recently stayed at Oakwood Pune and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few minor hiccups. Upon arrival after an overnight train journey, we weren’t allowed an early check-in, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the hotel staff did let us use the common washroom to freshen up, which was helpful as we had an early meeting to attend. We stored our luggage in their luggage room and returned later that night around 9 PM. The room was of a decent size, well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the TV in the room wasn’t working, which was disappointing after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast in the morning was satisfying, with a decent variety of options. The checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, for the price per night, it was a good stay. I would rate it 3.5/5. If they improve the early check-in policy and ensure all room amenities are functioning, it could easily be a more pleasant experience.

This hotel is very nice for the price. Staff is very polite, helpful. Location of this hotel is very nice, lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is oily and not that tasty. But since there are so many good restaurants in this location, you don't need to depend on this hotel for food. Hotel is very clean, and spacious even though its in the heart of the city. I will request hotel staff to at least provide good indian masala chai at minimum. Right now its quality is 5 out of 10.

Awesome hotel in all aspects. Clean and well maintained rooms. Properly functioning ac. Clean washrooms and the most important this the buffet breakfast what they offer absolutely delicious and a lot of variety. Close to all facilities

I had the pleasure of staying at Orchid Hotel Pune, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were exceptional, particularly Mr. Sailani and Mr. Aditya.The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, and it clearly reflected the high standards that Orchid Hotel Pune upholds.

Mine was a business trip. Hotel was close to my venue-bhandarkar research institute. I stayed for 3 nights. Value for money stay. Hotel has basic facilities, restaurant is good but only vegetarian. Could get conveyance right outside the hotel. No free water, has to be purchased. There was dust in the cloth hangers inside the cupboard. Only towels but no napkins in the bathroom. Coffee maker was not working, had to be replaced. Breakfast is good.
