"disappointing experience - 2/5 stars i stayed here for 3 days, but unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. despite being a decent hotel, housekeeping was non-existent during my entire stay. shockingly, i had to fetch water myself as no one served it in the room after the initial provision. while the hotel's infrastructure is good, the service needs significant improvement. hopefully, the management will address these issues to enhance guest experiences.". i checked out yesterday there. ok thanks🙏

All rooms have cable tv and wireless internet access. All standard guest rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, hair dryers, spacious work desks, direct-dial telephones and satellite television. This is a non-smoking hotel. The distinguishing mark of the ornate villa is to be able to stay overnight at reasonable rates. The room didn't provide proper privacy to us. From outside door was supposed to be locked so we were unable to go outside the room keeping luggage safe in the room. There is a dining hall just adjacent to the room. Fridge, kitchenette were mentioned in room details which were missing. The rating should be below average but just because of clean room i had given average rating. You can push the room just to bachelors.
