First of all, the hotel has changed their name, but outside there was no indication of the new name, so we were not sure if we are at the right place. We called the hotel asking about it and also to find out where to park at which the front desk person replied they are an avid cyclist and they would not know. Which of your guests arrive by bike? Secondly, after we arrived, they could not find out booking and while we waiting they said "don't worry i will get you a room, but it will take longer than i would have had it". As a guest i am not really interested to hear what you would like or not. The next day we asked about the free parking outside, which was mentioned to us before to which same Front desk person replied again the same that they are an avid cyclist and they don't know. I am a guest at your hotel, even if you don't know, you should try to find out. The restaurant was nice and breakfast choices were nice. Not sure why everyone got a pot with filtered coffee on their table if there was a coffee machine. Maybe they should just ask which coffees we would like. Rooms a bit outdated, but clean and nice. A USB socket would be a bit helpful. Internet worked in rooms, but dropped from time to time.
