We were put in a room without A/C. The maintenance team knew about it and was waiting for an inspection from the supplier, but they still put us in that room. They then offered to switch us to an other room, which was a condo located 5 minutes away. However, that process took over 1h30 even though we told them we had a tour booked at 5:30pm. We checked in as early as possible (4pm) to make sure we would have time to get to our tour, but because of this blunder, we ended up missing our 500$ tour. The second room in an condo tower was great, but very noisy because of street traffic. Knowingly booking people in a room without A/C and then, offer to move them away to a condominium resort, making them wait around for over 1h30 in the process is NOT the luxury experience they advertise. Between the fees for the room and the lost tour, this was over expensive and stressful. We never had an answer from management even after providing this feedback upon check out.
