Location is good near Puchong Jaya and within walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. Room was large, checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Bed was clean, air conditioning good and water pressure strong. Will stay again if around the area.

La habitación no estaba lista a las 6:30 p. m. Preferiría que la recepción nos dijera la verdad de que todavía no la habían limpiado y que la habitación no estaba lista en lugar de decir que el personal de limpieza haría una comprobación antes de darme la llave. Esperé media hora en el vestíbulo, pero todavía no había habitación. La cama y la almohada son demasiado blandas. El edificio no está muy bien mantenido.

My 6th time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star above because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), very cold aircond, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Parking is free infront, behind or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again.

La mayoría de los objetos estaban armados. Por favor, obtenga algunas toallas nuevas en lugar de usar las toallas viejas. Todo fue bueno en el primer lugar Pero el sonido de la habitación era mala agua goteando sonidos.El último día comprobar el nombre del servicio al cliente Sofi actitud fue mala , seguir me quiere pagar un suplemento por la tarifa turística(aun le mostraré la recepción que le pagué) ... Ni siquiera quería disculpar cuando se dio cuenta de su error ... Hazme sentir como si quería engañar dinero turístico.. 🙄
