Sehr nettes kleines Hotel. Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Under Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit eigenem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat leider keinen Pool aber das Meer ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Da im August Hauptsaison ist, muss man schon nach einem Parkplatz suchen und sollte auch Geld dabei haben für ein Ticket zum parken. Im Ort selber ist nicht viel los. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es standen viele frische Sachen zur Verfügung. Zum Abschied gab es noch viele Informationen für unsere weitere Reise. Alles in allem zu empfehlen

The hotel has an interesting architecture and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is ok but not fantastic. Regarding the parking, if you park the car inside the hotel, the keys must be handed over in the reception. Having said that, I must refer that I was shocked by the lack of politeness and rudeness of the hotel/restaurant manager. Atrocius bad manners. We checked in at around 5pm, without being given any information about using the pool. At 7:20 pm, when we returned from the beach, I went up to my room while my sons (16 and 14) went to the pool without knowing that it closed at 7:30 pm. While they were in the shower to clean off the salt and sand, they were approached aggressively and rudely by a man speaking Italian, a language that my children don't speak. Given my children's complaints, I asked reception about the rules of the pool, and was told that it opened at 9:00 am and closed at 7:30 pm. Nothing more. I passed that information to my sons and forgot about it. The next day, we arrived at 6:15pm and my sons used the pool, while I went went to the nearby supermarket for around 20 minutes. When I returned, the rooms' key cards were blocked because ”we didn't respect the rules of the pool”. My wife asked what rules were that and they said that ”children must be accompanied by their parents and no diving was allowed”. I went to the pool to inform my sons about it. I talked to the employee of the pool who told me that they have dived 3 times and that they were not accompanied by me. I read the rules and it didn't refer the ages of the children so it seemed that younsters under 18 are considered children. I sat in the pool chairs and waited till the 7:29pm and to assure that the rules were followed by my sons. As I was there, 2 others boys dived into the pool, the employee saw it but didn't care on a clear double standards attitude. At 7:30pm, we left the pool and the manager was appologizing to some customers, saying that the reprimands were not for them, but for ”others”. I speak Italian so I understood it clearly. The ”others” was me and my family, but he didn't have the righteousness of talking to me personally during the 2 days that we spent there. This situation could be avoided easily if he did it and if he could show some politeness. But no, just bad manners and total unability to deal with simple, easy to solve situations. I intended to have dinner at the restaurant but changed my mind because of that. When I made the check-out, I complained about it but the reception employees gave me ridiculous excuses about the behaviour of the manager.

Facility: The food was not healthy at all. 90% of the beverages and dishes were full of sugars, fats, and oils. We requested vegan dishes from the beginning, of our 7-day stay. the request was only fulfilled on the last day of our departure. This inadequacy of the facility in providing vegan dishes was a very disappointing aspect of my stay, especially since we enjoyed the rest of the activities at the facility. I expect that in 2024, a 4-star facility should know the difference between vegan, vegetarian, and low-glycemic meals and, most importantly, provide such services. For now, I am limiting my feedback to this platform, also because I hope that, when and if we have the chance to return, these shortcomings will be addressed. Manager: I was very dissatisfied with the manager’s behavior because he did not handle the facility’s inadequacies efficiently or maturely, and his manner of addressing us as customers was unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility for the staff’s ignorance regarding vegan meals, he blamed us. Moreover, he did not even apologize for his behavior. For now, I am limiting my feedback to this platform because I believe in giving second chances. I hope that if I have the opportunity to return to this facility, these shortcomings will be addressed, including the professionalism of the manager.

Difficult to say what makes this hotel so special. After all many hotels have a private beach, spa , nice pools etc but here there's a very relaxing feel created by the rustic feel and the amazing and friendly service. Everyone smiles and says hello, they remember what you drink, your room number and are so genuine, it's impossible not to feel very valued. The hotel, rooms and grounds are immaculate and the beach bar makes for a lovely, chilled place for a drink or lunch. The main restaurant serves outstanding food at very reasonable prices. No need to fly all the way to the Maldives for the most relaxing of weeks.

Un resort BELLISSIMO ! Vale tutti i soldi spesi! Al check in il servizio un po’ ci ha deluso , perché non ci ha spiegato dove è il ristorante , che orari si praticano per colazione, pranzo e cena… insomma sono mancate un po’ di informazioni ! Ci ha detto solo che in camera troveremo un cartoncino con un codice QR e li troviamo tutte le informazioni necessarie! Ci è stata assegnata la camera 90 ed è venuto un dipendente a portarci con la machina elettrica fino alla camera! Il ragazzo , molto carino e disponibile ci ha fatto vedere dove è il ristorante e tutte le indicazioni che servivano! La camera deluxe con vista mare stupenda dotata di ogni confort e molto pulita! Il servizio ristorazione strepitoso con prodotti di qualità menu che cambiava ogni giorno, quindi non ti annoiavi mai , pieno di pesce ( si dovrebbe migliorare il buffet della frutta ) . Abbiamo avuto la pensione completa con alcune bevande incluse ( acqua naturale e frizzante, Pepsi e Fanta in lattina, vino della casa bianco o rosso). I camerieri del ristorante molto attenti ai tuoi desideri e sempre presenti ( ringrazio in modo particolare ad Elisabetta e Marco ). Un ringrazio anche allo chef Salvatore , molto disponibile ! Il servizio spiaggia , una meraviglia ! Anche qui il bagnino sempre presente, i lettini gratuiti dalla 3 a fila in poi, comodi con ombrellone grande . Non mancavano mai i lettini, non dovevi fare la corsa la mattina per occuparli ( come ci è capitato in altri resort). Per non dire che la spiaggia è proprio attaccata al resort quindi in un attimo sei lì! La piscina tropicale- mancano le parole per descrivere la bellezza di questa piscina con acqua di mare! Pure qui il bagnino di nota 10. Il bar vicino a piscina molto carino ( abbiamo usufruito poco visto che avevamo la pensione completa) ma comunque abbiamo preso caffè o qualcosa di rinfrescante durante il giorno! Servizio top anche qui! Ho visto che aveva pure servizio ristorante a pranzo e anche a cena per chi desiderava alla carte! C’è anche un bar centrale aperto fino tardi è una seconda piscina olimpionica con acqua dolce! Animazione: c’era di tutto e di più!Canoa in mare, surfing gratuiti , animatori per risveglio muscolare,lezioni di yoga e quant’altro ! In una parola, non potevi annoiarti ! C’era di tutto, anche campo di tennis, calcetto, ping pong : ho visto che si organizzavano delle gare. C’erano animatori per bambini. Una nota dolente per noi :mancano delle banche per stare seduti la sera dopo la cena!Grazie

Beautiful hotel, not so new maybe because we stayed in regular room headed to the garden, no balcony, it was okay though. Easy access to the beach which is beautiful , turqoise water, clear and clean, also nice and quiet pool, friendly staff, got watermelon for refreshing at the end of warm day, We took half inclusive with dinner. It was good as well but we went out 2 times tried other restaurants around. We got a bottle Sella and Mosca when we arrived as we celebrated Anniversary it was sweet gesture, thank you La Bitta's Team. Overall we are satisfied, nothing to complaint about.
