Inn at Cook Street

Spencer is brilliant! From the moment we arrived, greeted by the scent of warm cookies, a sweet little fluffy pup, and our smiling host, it felt like we arrived at a home away from home. Location is perfect. A lovely stroll to shops and the ocean. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, breakfasts are the best we have experienced at an Inn nationally or internationally and Spencer’s charm and kind, welcoming energy makes this Inn a must experience. We will surely be making our stay here a tradition!

Spencer was the most accommodating host I have ever had at a B&B. We felt like we had known him all our lives. Each breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. If you go to Provincetown, the Inn on Cook Street should be your home away from home.

We found our way to the Inn at Cook Street through their wonderful reviews and it more than exceeded our expectations. The Inn is located in a quiet neighborhood but is just a short walk from the lively center of town. Our cozy room had its own outdoor private seating area overlooking a koi pond fed by a tiny waterfall that provided a continuous soothing white noise. Spencer, the innkeeper, went out of his way to make our stay an enjoyable experience including jump starting our car on day one so we wouldn’t lose valuable vacation time waiting for AAA. He also fixed us a different, Michelin-star worthy breakfast each morning. Homemade granola and muesli, sourdough pancakes, carrot-cashew muffins, ginger scones, French omelets, shakshuka, fresh fruit and damn good coffee. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. Spencer and his team at the Inn at Cook Street were absolutely fantastic. He was so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast each day was homemade and spectacular. The room were clean, large and had all the best amenities. We were a large group and the backyard was the perfect gathering spot for dinner. As for the location, it was quiet and in the perfect location to town. We loved our stay and I highly recommend it!!

Stayed at the Inn at Cook Street over Columbus Day weekend. Perfectly located. Close enough to walk to everything, and quiet enough for peaceful retreat. Spencer and the whole staff were nothing short of phenomenal. Checkin was a breeze. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Spouse has a food allergy - and Spencer made the most delicious safe options for her. Unexpected and truly appreciated treat. Just a wonderful sense of genuine warmth. Cannot recommend enough - but shhh , do not tell too many people.

One of the best Holiday-Locations one can dream of! Warm welcoming atmosphere thanks to Spencer and Talullah! The Location is perfect: within walking distance from P-Towns Center, but far enough from there for quiet peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was to die for (Spencer also considered dietary constrictions)! Spencer also went out of his way to secure a table at one of the best dining spots in P-Town, when there were no reservations open to make a special day even more great! Big plus also: a parking space - in P-Town not a given. Room was comfortable, open, bright, clean and even had a fireplace! Thank you Spencer for a great time!
