The Lemon Tree

A wonderful week spent at The Lemon Tree. So relaxing. Karen and Diego were wonderful hosts. Temperatures of mid twenties during the day which was very welcoming. We were able to sit by the pool and read until the sun went down behind the mountains at around 4 pm. Our apartment was spotless on arrival. No need to purchase bottled water as there is a drinking water tap which you can replenish your bottles with throughout your stay. Amazing views of the sea and surrounding mountains. We have booked to go back in April.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in early October. It had been recommended by friends who had stayed some years ago but never forgotten the wonderful hospitality. We immediately fell in love with the location and we enjoyed Karen’s home cooked meal on our first evening whilst we settled in. The meal was superb and really good value. Karen and Diego were super helpful during our stay and recommended walks and places to explore and eat. We did a fabulous (albeit hot) walk from the Villa up to Taormina and then Karen came and picked us up after we had sampled much needed refreshments in town! The directions to the Villa were spot on and I found the video that they shared prior to our arrival really helpful. We made full use of the swimming pool which was a treat after coming back from a day exploring. The local wine and beer that they supply at the Villa was great and the apartment was well equipped for self catering or simply making use of local takeaways. All in all it was a fab place to stay, everyone was really kind and helpful and it exceeded our expectations. Thanks to everyone.

I have absolutely fallen in love with The Lemon Tree. Diego, Karen & Paula (and of course Bella & Molly the dogs) made the holiday the most memorable stay. The pool was clean and warm, the terraces were tranquil and beautifully kept. The apartment was wonderful and would suit everyone. We had home made food from The Lemon Tree tram and is was some of the best food I have ever eaten. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I can’t wait to go back. A short drive into town and the beautiful beaches. There for a week and only scratched the surface of Taormina. My new love

Possibly the BEST holiday ever. Tge place is wonderful, Karen, Diego and Paola are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to go back to The Lemon Tree. It is about a 5 minute drive up a hill from the town but Diego provides very cheap shuttle service. So much to do, close to Etna, close to Toarmina, Guardia Nexos. We even drove to Palermo for the day. Definitely a 5* star holiday. The pool is beautiful and they turned the lights on for us at 11pm one night. The Lemon Tree family, including Bella and Molly, go above and beyond to make your stay the best 👌

Un angolo di paradiso di pace con vista mozzafiato. Molto pulito! Appartamenti nuovi e moderni con tutte le comodità necessarie. E che dire della proprietaria? Gentile,disponibile proprio una bella persona dall'animo buono. Ovviamente ci ritornerei altre 10000 di volte.
