A superb small hotel, beautifully designed and set in magnificent grounds. Valentina is a wonderful host and her staff are a credit to her. If you want a luxurious base to explore this part of Puglia, look no further. We stayed in the Salice family suite - combination of the Ulivo and Loto rooms. Perfect for our family of 4. Valentina recommended beaches and restaurants and looked after us royally. We loved the pool and the poolside bar - 5 star facilities and service.

This is a beautifully renovated and quiet small hotel in the Puglian countryside a short drive from Parabita. We were very comfortable in a ground floor Melongrano room. Breakfast was excellent and the service warm and helpful. Beautiful pool. There is no restaurant or bar at the hotel but Valentina, the owner, was on hand to help with recommendations and reservations.

This is a beautiful hotel, peaceful and absolutely 5-star in terms of facilities and service. Everything is of high quality and the staff were superb. The attention to detail is excellent and I would like to thank Valentina for recommending and booking restaurants for us and organising a lovely boat trip.

Wow!! What an incredible hotel and a wonderful place. I’ve stayed a a few hotels this year including the incredible le Bristol in Paris and this has to be the most enjoyable. The hotel is really quite faultless, from Valentina’s communication prior to arrival, the wonderful staff, the interior design and the serenity of the whole place, all amazing. I often use Mr and Mrs Smith a reference for boutique hotels, they’ve rarely let me down and this again was quite the find. Don’t be confused about the lack of trip advisor reviews currently (a lot more on google) or the extremely well priced rates, the hotel is only in its second season, it’s still relatively undiscovered but a real hidden gem.( I’m not sure it will stay hidden for long!!) Valentina was not only a great host but even when we were out and needed some guidance/tips we could watts app her and she’d reply very quickly. Her renovation of the whole hotel is stunning and you can tell by her customer service that she’s worked in some of Italy’s best hotels prior. It was great also to be able to have lunch by the pool and cocktails/drinks until 7pm, all of which were very well priced and delicious. If you’re planning on staying in the area then don’t think twice as you won’t be disappointed !!

We stayed at Il Giardino Grande for 3 nights very recently, and I can honestly say that it’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The building, pool, the room itself and the surroundings are stunning and the food and drinks was some of the best I’ve tasted in Puglia. Valentina and her staff so attentive and welcoming, and always on hand to give recommendations for restaurants and excursions, helping us to book bus tickets and they also remembered the finest details (like how I like my coffee!), ensuring we had the best stay possible. I’d definitely recommend this to friends and family

Had an excellent stay at Il Giardino. The owner Valentina and her staff have done a great job of creating a lovely and friendly hotel, that will no doubt continue to very popular in the future as the new hotel establishes itself further. Valentina was extremely knowledgeable of the local area and very helpful in providing suggestions and making recommendations/reservations. We stayed in the Ciliegio room which was definitely worth the extra cost, as it had a large and very private terrace. Great place to relax at and well located to explore the local area. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Une semaine simplement parfaite! L’hôtel est très bien situé au calme dans les terres à quelques minutes de Gallipoli. Le bâtiment a été entièrement refait avec beaucoup de goût et compte seulement 6 chambres. Le parc immense autour avec 200 oliviers donne un charme incroyable à l’endroit. Une piscine gigantesque au milieu des oliviers (18m!) avec un service incroyable toute la journée vous permet de déjeuner ou boire des cocktails. Petit déjeuner inclus avec des produits locaux frais et délicieux, et plats très bien faits à la demande. L’hôtesse des lieux Valentina, que nous remercions infiniment pour ses conseils, son professionnalisme et son service conciergerie platinum, nous a indiqué les endroits à visiter (petites perles locales) mais également à pu nous conseiller des restaurants qui correspondaient parfaitement à ce que nous voulions a chaque dîner (de Gallipoli à Otranto en passant par SM de Leuca!). Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute l’année prochaine!

Location di grande atmosfera curata in ogni dettaglio. Camere accoglienti pulite ed eleganti. Ottima colazione in un giardino adorabile. L’accoglienza è stata eccezionale così come la cura dell’ospite. La nostra vacanza è stata perfetta. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ho soggiornato insieme al mio team in quest’incantevole dimora a Parabita, purtroppo non per piacere ma per lavoro perché avremmo voluto poter godere di più della piscina e della pace di questo posto e invece abbiamo potuto farlo solo nel pomeriggio dell’ultimo giorno. L’accoglienza è stata molto calorosa e attenta. Le camere sono bellissime, con arredi di design e dettagli ben pensati. Ho dormito nella suite melograno, ampia con un bagno davvero spazioso e confortevole. Colazione da 10 , con servizio sua a buffet che a la carte. Ho adorato il concept della dimora, sentirsi a casa lontano da casa, con allo stesso tempo i servizi di un hotel di lusso. L’atmosfera era speciale e tornare dopo tante ore di lavoro (organizziamo matrimoni) in quest’oasi di pace e tranquillità e’ stato da noi particolarmente gradito! Consigliato anche per fughe romantiche e organizzazione di matrimoni fino a 100 pax. Ci torneremo! Grazie a Valentina, la padrona di casa e a tutto il suo staff per le attenzioni e premure nei nostri confronti
