TUI Sensimar Torre Salinas

Stayed her for 5 nights. As i have reduced mobility the room had a shower with rails. The shower leaked out to the main floor and i had slipped on the water. Toilet seat was also not secured. Reported 3 times, and they only supplied extra towels to absorb. Very disappointed. Full board, not the best quality food and facilities were in poor repair. Location is very remote and of you want to dine out you'd have to arrange taxis which are quite expensive. I would not reccomend this hotel and definitely not a 4 star.

Spent 5 nights here in early June. The location is beautiful, right on the beach with sun loungers and surf patrol. Nice swimming pool with loungers too, all clean and tidy, with a small pool kiosk selling drinks. Our room was spacious and comfortable, walk in shower and a view out to the sea through full height opening windows. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and were nice people. We had a full board option, plenty of variety and I could always find something to eat. As well as cold meat, cheese salad, pasta of various types there was fish and meat from the outside grill. For what we paid for our trip the quality of the food was good, and you could help yourself to red or white wine, fizzy drinks and water was brought to the table. Again the catering staff were helpful and friendly, keeping a close eye on the details. There are outside tables available and inside is air conditioned. Each night there was music provided by a pianist from about 7 till 11 on the terrace outside the bar, playing all sorts but obviously with an Italian bias - dancing was popular. Prices at the bar were reasonable and drinks really good, sadly no draught beer, but staff again helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was quite remote, there's a campsite 200m away with their own restaurant, another resort with a restaurant about 1000m down the beach, but other than that nothing else around, so make sure you are fully stocked. All in all a great place to relax and enjoy the sea and sun in a calm setting. PS, when we were there the vast majority of the clientele were over 50

Positives of this resort are an excellent beach and whilst rooms are basic they are spacious and modern. Then the cons... Firstly, meal times are utter chaos. The dinning room is like a school dinner hall and the staff are just over run and clearly not having a good time. Often no food left. The MOST unenjoyable experience. Entertainment is poor and is not varied at all. Basic facilities in room. Charging 5 euro for beach towel hire feels stingey. Parking outside is not sufficient. A final point that is not necessarily fault of the hotel, is the location. Without a car we really would have struggled. Even with a car, most sights are well over an hour away.

Delicious food, right by the sea with the option of the pool. Room and bathroom was spacious. On the whole staff were friendly. Is a bit far out if you dont have a car, so booking transfers early is a good idea. There is a city tax that applies so you will have to pay 2.50 per person per night at the end of your stay which we didn't realise until the end. Have attached some examples of the food.

I was expecting a normal holiday but I was very satisfied for what I expected, starting from the staff very helpful , polite , food was excellent the air and the sea water “like crystal. We thanks all for these amazing trip , I suggest tours and discover more the island .
