Located in the neighbourhood of Blue Hills you’ll quickly be lulled into the local rhythm of island life as you sit on your ground floor terrace (Apt #1) enjoying the spectacular views, listening to the waves crashing on shore, and planning which amazing local restaurant to enjoy for dinner. Watch the pelicans flying low across the water and the Osprey surveying his beach. From Blue Hills it’s an easy 15 minute drive east to the heart of the tourist mecca of Grace Bay; if you travel west you’ll find the best national parks and nature reserves that Turks & Caicos has to offer, often overlooked gems in this island paradise. This 2-bed, 1-bathroom apartment is comfortably appointed with true up-cycled charm. Recently renovated you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen, AC units & ceiling fans in both bedrooms, (along with hotel-quality beds & bedding) and a mini-split AC unit and ceiling fan in the main living area. Peppered throughout are some treasured vintage pieces to make it feel like your home away from home. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, the queen bedroom has a view of the ocean and there is a lovely four poster bed in the master bedroom. There is a terrific breeze coming off the ocean almost year-round. Providenciales does not have any private beaches, so the whole island is yours to enjoy. A car rental will make it easy for you to visit a different beach every day. There are multiple public access points and parking is plentiful. So regardless of where you’re staying you can enjoy everything the beaches and array of restaurants in Grace Bay have to offer. Staying at Pelican View allows you to enjoy all the glamour of Grace Bay for a fraction of the price! There is no washer or dryer in the unit but I’m happy to do your laundry for you during your stay. I’m 10 mins away, so close by if you need anything. The neighbors have a friendly shaggy dog who patrols the property, and there is a family of hens and a rooster who live on the back wall of the garden. If you are afraid of dogs or chickens this is not the place for you!
