It has huge windows in the living area so whether you’re inside or out you’ll see the turquoise waters beckoning! Pls note the terrace is also used to access my other unit (#4). There are two bright bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The generous open-plan living space opens onto the terrace where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views. There is a terrific breeze coming off the ocean almost year-round but for those extra hot days the bedrooms each have ceiling fans and window AC units, the living area has a ceiling fan and a mini-split AC unit. The apartment comes equipped with beach chairs, beach shade and a cooler. There are 2 kayaks available for use (shared with the other 3 short-term rental units in the apartment block) equipped with seat pads and paddles but no PFDs, so please be careful.There is no washer or dryer in the unit but I’m happy to do your laundry for you during your stay. I’m 10 mins away, so close by if you need anything.The neighbors have a friendly shaggy dog who patrols the property, and there is a family of hens and a rooster who live on the back wall of the garden.
