El personal era muy amable y útil en todo, principalmente Koulla en la recepción, Andreas(director), David en el restaurante t, el equipo de animación (muy bonito con nuestro hijo).La comida inclusiva era perfecta, deliciosa y amplia selección en la mesa de bufete (para niños también).Fue nuestra segunda estancia en este hotel, ahora con nuestro hijo y realmente nos gusta y volveremos en el futuro gracias por esta experiencia única de nuevo"

"Wow! What an experience! We’ve just returned from The King Jason in Protaras and had the best 2-week holiday ever. We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, some larger, some smaller, but this one has got it spot on! The warm welcome is immediate; the reception staff treat every guest as an individual and from checking in it just gets better and better! Location is quite frankly perfect. Stunning views of the crystal clear sea and either a 2 minute walk to a few steps that took you straight into the sea, or a 5 minute walk if you wanted to go to Fig Tree Bay Beach. This was very busy and not our thing, so we loved the few steps option. Don’t let the word ‘steps’ put you off - very safe and easy to use. Lovely large suite with beautiful sea and pool views. Loved having our own separate sitting room to sit in after a ‘busy’ day by the pools. Full size fridge which was very useful to keep large bottles of complimentary water cold. Great if you needed it for anything else too. (Supermarket that sells absolutely everything is a 2 minute walk from the hotels main entrance). The most comfy bed! My aches and pains before we arrived soon disappeared! Lovely bathroom with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Bath robes and slippers also really useful. We believe some suites, if necessary, are being upgraded during the winter months (baths removed and walk in showers installed instead). Food was exceptional. Choice was immense; however, If you fancied something else then the chefs were more than happy to oblige. Always with a smile and always willing to share a particular dish recipe! We did venture out towards and along the strip to look at alternative eating places; just curious, but always chose to return to the hotel to eat. So much nicer! The hotel is as good as it is because of the staff. They, without exception, are professional, attentive and a sheer delight to get to know. Too many to mention but ‘shout outs’ are a must for ASEN and the pool staff. Impeccable service day in day out around the pool; always happy and ready to help. Loved that they quickly knew our names and remembered what drinks we liked. This attention to detail is rare and it was discussed amongst guests as such. Other staff members we must mention are Maria, Elena, Dennis, Tarek, Osama x 2, Andre. The Hotel Managers also deserve huge praise. They run a perfect business plan and are seen every day walking around the hotel. Not just to ‘be seen’ but to chat to and answer any questions. They obviously look after their staff well - all so happy and some have been there for many years. We booked to return in May 2027, whilst we were sat on our sunbeds (so comfy with thick mattresses). Decided to cancel where we had originally booked. So, if you’re reading this review and are still considering this hotel, then my advice would be to book it now! You won’t be disappointed; in fact it will exceed all of your expec"
