Captain Pier Hotel

Very terrible food the buffet was not good at all.. the taste and quality was bad. They should make changes in the buffet with better quality. The chef was route and the restaurant manager was not given attention to the costumers and to tje cleaning of the tables.

Great holidays! This hotel is better than many 4* hotels I’ve been to before. The room is modern and updated, always clean. We had an all inclusive service and still had a fridge, kettle and tea and coffee making equipment available. The staff is very helpful and always smiling, whether in the restaurant or the bar area. The food is tasty and much care has been put into preparing everything, including the desserts. The bar has a good range of cocktails available at all times. Petrina from the reservation department, is ever so helpful. The manager makes sure that all the little details that make one’s stay great are the best they can be. We really appreciate how welcome we were made to feel. And as if that wasn’t enough, the location is great! Fully recommend.

If this review was only about the hotelroom, location and staff. And how super clean the hotel was. It would be 5 stars. Could not be better. But to bad i have to include the food. It was by far the most boring and tasteless all inclusive food i have experienced. Lunch was ok. Breakfast was terrible. Dinner was boring. But still i would go again if i find a sweet deal. All inclusive does bot mean you have to eat at the hotel all the time😄.

we visited the hotel on Saturday 06/07! excellent customer service! top quality breakfast! fully renovated hotel! clean rooms with comfortable mattresses! Michailina at the pool bar and Petrina on reservations were exceptional! This hotel is worth visiting!

Fully renovated this year, with fantastic customer service and a great location and breakfast. The reception team is lovely and always ready to support! Beautiful beaches just a few meters away on foot. Highly recommended for total relax!

Visited in June and have only just comprehended what happened. We arrived and I believe we were the only guests in the hotel. This was a dream come true to me at first… until I realised there was NO BREAKFAST BUFFET. Each morning we would go to breakfast, hoping there would be a buffet. Every time we asked for help nobody understood English . They kindly offered to make us breakfast, but the food they brought out was disgusting. I actually found a packet of bread on the side where the buffet should have been, which was out of date. Everybody seemed oblivious that we were guests. Empty pool bar. They stocked the pool bar with drinks in order to take a photo ( i think for marketing purposes) and then unstocked it. The air-conditioning unit on the roof of the hotel was very loud and interfered with our sleep so they moved us to a room on a lower level .The worst part of it was when the hotel manager entered our room without permission. My partner lost his patience with the man , we were offered a free drink as an apology. The entire experience was very strange. The hotel was a ghost town.I am not sure why. They made no effort to make us feel like we were guests in the hotel. It was almost like they had no idea we were arriving. Please avoid booking this hotel if you want a somewhat normal hotel experience.
