The area of lobby it’s empty no sofa no decoration I think the furniture for room is standard not luxury I mean all the hotels need more decor and more luxury furniture

We checked in 2nd April. Check out 6th April. It’s flown by. Here with mum and my siblings. The staff are attentive, rooms clean and spacious. We asked for extra duvet due to chilly nights. location quiet no roaring traffic. Close to local shops (15 minute walk). Sun loungers are allocated so no towels to hog the “best” spot. We stayed half board, lots of choice. We had lunch a couple of times I’d recommend the crusted salmon. Rooms are spacious. I’d deffo stay here again.

Thank you so much for an amazing holiday! The hotel is immaculately kept, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for a short relaxing break where you can just switch off! Also got treatments in the spa and they were amazing!

A fabulous week's stay in this immaculate adults only hotel, a particularly well kept property just out of the town centre. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a well stocked free mini bar (no restock though but that was fine by us) The staff were exceptional, genuine, warm, friendly and so helpful. The food was excellent, we took half board and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb, well presented and nicely prepared. Diners are also give the option to eat at four other restaurants over the course of the week, two in the hotel and two affiliated venues in town. We tried the Brazilian steakhouse (in town) which was very good - they even prepared some well done meat especially for us, a nice touch thanks. There are two pools, one with a swim up bar and the grounds are well maintained. Being adults only there was a nice relaxing atmosphere round the pool. Each room has its own allocated sun beds, which are yours for the duration of the stay, so no dawn rush to reserve one! Very good idea in our opinion. There were daily activities for those inclined, including Yoga, Pilates and Aqua Zumba, which my other half enjoyed One slight drawback is the Jade, whilst it overlooks the sea, isn't a beach front hotel. There is a tiny (so named) beach to the right of the property, which is a small cove with a tiny stretch of sand but walk a little further and there is a larger beach, alternatively Fig Tree Bay beach is about 10 mins walk in the opposite direction. One other thing to note is that there is a cat population in the locality and some would turn up at meal times hoping for some scraps. They were unobtrusive and well behaved but some might find it a little off putting (we did not). We had a truly memorable time and would like to thank all of the staff for making us so welcome, particularly the Reception Ladies (only managed to get one name : Marina, Anna (Waitress), Thassos (F&B manager), Theodora (breakfast reception), Ivelina (waitress), Hd Chef Georgi, Chef Sailes (perfect cooked to order lamb chops!) Anna (fitness coach) Daniela (waitress) and Andreas (Restaurant manager). We would absolutely recommend this Hotel... exceptional.

The hotel is in an amazing location, right next to a little bay with crystal clear seawater. The hotel itself is nice and modern. The rooms are extremely spacious with huge beds and plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The walk in shower is huge and there are two basins. The pools are nice and the main pool has sunbeds on the side, in a shallow part of the water. You also get allocated a sunbed when you get there, so you don’t have to worry about trying to reserve them. There were spare beds and it was easy to switch the beds you are allocated as well. The food was really good at the buffet and at the hotel restaurants. The staff were so polite and friendly and the service they provided was extremely good! The bar staff were extremely friendly and very charismatic. The drinks were also a very reasonable price at around €9 for a cocktail. There are so many cats around Protaras and a few cats around the hotel too. We are cat people, so we absolutely loved it. They are friendly are don’t bother people unless you want them to, so it’s fine even if you’re not a cat lover. We loved our time at Sunrise Jade and will definitely go back one day. What a way to spend our first time in Cyprus!
