Andreotis Hotel Apts

Stayed from 7th -14th May 2025 Late coming into hotel reception staff greeted us was polite informed us the Cjs restaurant was open until 2 am serving drinks and snacks Staff (Louise in particular) was very helpful that night and other nights. All the staff in there are lovely,helpful and informative for area. The food when we ate there was tasty and reasonable. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable Negative stuff ! Cold water in shower in the morning Boiling in evening.(no change even after complaining) No hand soap supplied by sink I know u can take a bar of soap or buy in local supermarket but I think this should be supplied by hotel. No hairdryer (u can hire one from reception for 10 euros) Short walk to Fig tree bay(2 sunbeds and umbrella £7.5 euros)and Strip where there are many restaurants to choose from. All in all we had a very nice stay and would recommend.

The location of this hotel is great. Five minute walk to the main shops and restaurants of Protaras. Close to Fig Tree Bay which is beautiful. 15-20 minutes to Ayia Napa (€20-€25 in a taxi or €2 on the bus which comes often). A nice variety of bars and restaurants in Protaras. Overall, drinks and food are a similar price to England. The pool and outdoor spaces of the hotel are nice. However, there is a lot of cat food littered around by the staff so be mindful of being bare foot. They have a pool party during the day. This we weren’t a fan of. When I say a pool party, they have a British singer on. If you’re wanting a sing and a dance, it’s good fun but if you’re hungover, wanting to read or nap, it’s way too loud and can also be heard in the rooms. CJ’s, the bar attached to the hotel, is fantastic. I think the reason why the rating for this hotel is so high is because people are mainly rating CJ. The staff are brilliant. The food is a little average but cheap. The bedrooms are basic but very spacious clean. I really struggled with the bed though. The most uncomfortable bed i’ve had in a hotel but the staff did swap the pillows to softer ones upon my request. The shower is a nightmare. We were in one of the rooms that has not been refurbed yet and the shower constantly floods. We had two rooms between us and this was a problem in both. We used our towels on the floor but the maids never replaced them. Instead we could back to the room and the wet towels would be folded and hung up to be reused on the banister. The staff on reception are accommodating though and provided fresh ones every time we asked. Both rooms had a constant musty smell because of the damp in the bathroom as a result. Overall, you get what you pay for. This is a bang on 3* hotel.

We came here on a couple’s holiday for a week, we upgraded to the superior room and were not disappointed with a spacious apartment and balcony staff were very helpful. The Cj’s pool bar was absolutely fantastic the team were all incredible and could not do enough to make your stay here memorable. The food was always spot on and reasonably priced. A massive thank you to Carl Jane Louise Sharon and Sarah for looking after us so well. Eric !! Has to have a special shout out for her amazing bar service definitely the top scorer We will certainly return good luck with the rest of the season Sharon Chris Mick and Paul

We stayed at the Andreotis Apartments last May and had a fantastic time. We stayed from the 16th of April for 10 nights in a one bedroom bungalow to the back of the hotel grounds. The apartment was very spacious and it had everything you could need. Carl Jane and their team are fabulous, the friendly service, food and selection of drinks is great. The complex has had a major refurbishment and looks amazing. We are returning at the end of May and really cannot wait X

Lovely walk in pool large apartment. Maid service wasn't great our maid was pretty poor apart from that was lovely. The best part was CJs pool bar and restaurant the staff are absolutely amazing friendly and welcoming nothing was to much for them. Thank you so much to the owners and staff and cjs for making are holiday memorable. The food is absolutely lovely tried so many various meals and breakfast huge portions and great value. We will be back xx

We have just returned from 10 nights at this hotel. We had a lovely refurbished one bed apartment, self catering. Room 111.Cannot fault the comfort of the apartment. The cleaning of this is another story. Yes we had clean towels every other day. Bedding was changed twice in the 10 days. Now the floors, well you certainly couldn't walk around in barefoot without them being back in 2 seconds. A full week before they were cleaned. And as for the patio. Dirty wasn't in it. I had to wash the patio furniture before we could use them don't think they had been cleaned in months, it also didnt seem finish at the end as you will see from picture. This along with the apartment was finely cleaned 3 days before we left. Having said all that, don't let it stop you from going Hotel on the whole is clean. CJs bar and restaurant offered the best food I've had at an hotel. And the potions are very generous to say the least all the staff were always helpful. Would definitely visit again
