Hotel Royal

I was booked at this hotel by my office and the only reason I decided to stay was because the staff at the front desk, in particular Afrodite, was si kind and warm that I decided not to look for another place. Afrodite is one of the nicest individuals I met in Kosovo and she goes above and beyond to help customers. She was the only reason why I stayed. The hotel is in urgent need of a deep clean as the rooms smell like mold, smoke and dust. One of the colleagues that stayed with me could not stop coughing during all our stay and opening the windows did not help much. The beds are very hard and the sheets I had did not cover the entire mattress so it was hard to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. There was an issue with hot water and at times the best you would get was lukewarm; not hot. That was a challenge in cold mornings. Food options for breakfast were very very limited and sometimes it could take more than 40 mins to get cheese and bread. Some days they did not have bread, others they did not have cheese. Coffee was good but that was all that was consistently available and that you could get quickly. The hotel is well located near a mini market and several good restaurants.

Très bon personnel et bon hôtel bonne situation pas loin du centre! Personnel excellent et à l’aide des clients ! Chambre propre avec une grande tv même si pas de chaîne local ! A 10 minutes du centre ville ! Chambre avec climatisation rétro mais propre!!
