In addition, we are proud to use environmentally friendly amenities made with natural plant based ingredients. For your convenience we provide a stacking washer/dryer and an ample food pantry, both located adjacent to the kitchen. In addition to the 1320 sq. ft interiors, our condo features a large covered lanai, equipped to entertain with an outdoor dining table & chairs and a pair of comfy lounge chairs. A perfect spot to enjoy a Mai Tai at sunset while relaxing after a long day of adventuring. We have just installed a new central A/C that services the main living space, the large master bedroom, and the twin bedroom. The Guest suite has a portable air conditioning unit. All rooms have fans and, though we do not charge for AC use, we ask that you turn it off when going out for a day of fun. Plantation at Princeville is one of the newer condo complexes on the North Shore of Kauai, located adjacent to the awarded winning Makai Golf Course designed by resident Robert Trent Jones. This town is known for it's proximity to world-class surf and white-sand beaches, stand up paddling, kayaking, snorkeling and emerald mountains with waterfall views, iconic scenic hikes, walking/jogging paths and more. Our complex includes notable amenities such as a resort style pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grills, and a gym/weight room exercise facility. We also require a clean every 10-14 days depending on how many people are in the party.
