"Book a superior room with twin beds, get it on the 2nd floor. The view is beautiful from the room, recommended because of its position at the top. The rooms look like they are old buildings but they are still comfortable. The room is also quite spacious. The breakfast menu is extensive and tastes delicious. The hotel staff are quite friendly. In this hotel there are lots of stairs, so if you want to go anywhere you have to go up and down. Maybe those who bring elderly people should consider it again. Overall okay, can come back again sometime."

"From my opinion, this is good and convenient hotel. The room was large and clean. I book room type " Princess" and you will find a table you can use for work. The bathroom also large, there was a bathtub and if you don't want to use bathub, there is also a shower. The breakfast is okay, spaghetti was very delicious. The hotel staff was also friendly. Definetely I will back again"

"Only played golf at Finna as we heard the hotel was run down. The golf course looked like it had seen better days. Beautiful layout and lots of large trees line the fairways. Grass in poor condition with lots of bare spots but also overgrown in other areas. Seems like it had not been cut for many days. Quite sad to see what was likely a great course. Will not go back."

"Located in the Taman Dayu area, it is located in the middle, even though it is a bit far from the main main gate, it is strategic to get to D'gunungan, Spiderbucks cafe, DeDuren Mas, Ollive Beach, Callimera, it is still in one complex but there are lots of good places to eat. In the hotel itself, the rooms are very spacious, the rooms are good, the restaurant has a good view, lots of facilities, adequate parking. Unfortunately, the service or responsiveness is lacking, especially in terms of room arrangements, which need to be improved a lot to be more professional in handling room and guest bookings. Because this hotel is rated as a 4 star, staff service also needs to be better. Doing a lot of maintenance, especially rejuvenating the interior and around the hallway in the king bed room type so that it doesn't look dull. Hopefully it can be better. For families, it's good to take the room in the 100s block, the twin all type, while for elderly people who really have difficulty walking, you can take the 200s room block, the king bed type, which is right above the lobby. Because to get to the twin type there are several stairs. must be passed. You can find outside food at the food court near the Taman Dayu gate, lots of various kinds of food."

"The room was very spacious, which is becoming quite rare these days. The hotel also has a large garden with lots of greenery, making it peaceful and relaxing. The fresh mountain air was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The property feels like an older hotel that is gradually being renovated. We booked three rooms, and while room 220 looked much better maintained, room 230 (the mountain view room at the end of the building) had visible mold on parts of the ceiling. The staff were kind enough to offer us another room, which we appreciated. However, mold is something that really needs attention, as it can affect guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. Another area for improvement is the towels and bath mats, which looked quite worn and should be replaced for better hygiene. Overall, the hotel has great potential with its spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful garden. With better maintenance, especially addressing the mold issue and replacing old linens, it could become an even more enjoyable place to stay."
