El wi-fi en el segundo piso es francamente errático. En el piso bajo va bien. Permiten fumar en la misma puerta del hotel. Lo peor son los aparcamientos Blue-Badge, un barrizal cuando llueve, un polvorín cuando no llueve, acceso a la acera muy mal mantenido y permiten aparcar a otros usuarios sin tarjeta , sorprendentemente incluso camiones. El piso bajo es helador y húmedo. la calefacción funciona relativamente bien.

This premier inn is in a Great location just off the motorway and there is a bigTesco and petrol station next door- really friendly staff - very clean- good shower and I had an amazing sleep too!! Lots of parking and really good value for money- also close to tram stop

Aimee, Nat and Chris made our stay. We were traveling up for a funeral and Aimee made sure we got an early check in at 9am instead of 11, so we could arrive early and get ready in the room. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as stress free as possible. The next morning at breakfast, again they squeezed us in at short notice and their customer service was great all round! Will definitely be coming back, Thanks again!

The room was really nice and clean, all the staff were very friendly and polite, plenty of parking, food was really good, breakfast was spot on, good size rooms, the bar is open till late 3am actually and you can order a late night pizza, some room could do with an update

I'm often on work in Manchester and have stayed at various Premier Inns around the area. Prestwich is without doubt my favourite. There are no premium room but the thing that always makes me come back are the staff. Natalie, Christine and Ashley are the outstanding staff but everyone else is very friendly and helpful and enable me to feel relaxed while I am away.

Lovely Hotel, free parking . Room fantastic. Staff Amazing. I will name staff now as they were amazing … Nat x Christine and Amy. Nat is an amazing chatterbox. But she is a credit to premier inn. The manager and cook were amazing. Christine-and Amy Premier inn north east be proud of your staff..Prestwich are amazing ❤️ 👍

Brilliant staff…friendly helpful and happy to go the extra mile. They have been great on previous stays. Makes a huge difference to people’s stay. Car park available and free, which in a city is often not offered. Access to city easy so daft to stay in city with higher prices+parking costs!

Helpful and attentive service from Natalie and Aimee at breakfast on all mornings. Exemplary example of perfect balance of professional friendliness and helpfulness. And the cooked breakfast was perfect. I just wish there were usb charging points on each side of the beds.

Perfect central location for family Members to stay, travelling from various destinations from Belfast, Dublin and Florida USA. Great facilities and great value for money with pleasant informative and helpful staff. Will definitely book to stay there again in the future.
