«Excellent hotel in ideal location close to the University. The rooms were of a good standard with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness was excellent in all parts of the hotel, Staff were welcoming. Good choice of food at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.»

«Bagus dan keren banget nih hotel, tempat strategis dekat dengan pusat kota dan mal, dekat dengan tempat penjual makanan. Staff ramah dan cekatan, hotelnya pun bersih. Bener-bener bersih. Kerennya ada guling-nya, saya dan anak saya suka. Bantal dan gulingnya terlihat baru, empuk dan tebal. Semua fasilitas kamar dari AC yang dingin banget, kran kamar mandi nyala bagus. Makanan juga enak. Best, recomended. Next time pasti staycation di sini lagi, see you next time»

«Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren de Preston, la calle principal de Fishergate, donde se puede caminar fácilmente. Las habitaciones son grandes y limpias, están completamente equipadas y se pueden comer fácilmente. La actitud de servicio también es muy buena, y la tarta que se entrega por la mañana también es deliciosa. ¡recomendar!»

«A little gem of a hotel. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are of a decent size with a big king bed of which was amazingly comfy. Ordered room service and it was fantastic, tasty and prompt!  Highly recommend»

«More a less completely clean, only nit pick could be towls, as are white need a bit of a better wash. Located right along from the station makes it very convenient, there are also some local shops nearby too. Lady who greeted me was freindly and prompt although we did not interact much after that. Not much in the rooms nothing in the ways of fans, hairdryers etc but you dont expect it for the price you are paying so not an issue. Overall, very good value for a decent nights sleep so no complaints would stay again.»

«Really nice hotel but a party was held downstairs that went on until 2am then spilled outside until 4am. Very poor sleep as a result and no response from hotel when contacted regarding. The hotel is part of the AFC Fylde football club who had just been promoted the day of my stay and were celebrating. Understandable BUT the hotel should have been closed to regular guests under the circumstances and the lack of response to the issue is exceptionally poor. Cannot recommend as a result.»

«Very straightforward check in, welcoming host. Room served us well during our stay. Breakfast was good, we could help ourselves to the cereals and juices etc. A waitress took our order for breakfast, a fried English breakfast and filtered coffee arrived in a timely manner. I was really impressed.  Shops, bars and pubs just a 5 min walk away. Parking was convenient and secure. If I’m in and around this area again, I will be booking here.»
