The St. Regis la Bahia Blanca Resort, Tamuda Bay

瑞吉酒店這裏的風景沒的説，塔姆達灣的海景也是獨一份的，然後酒店非常有格調，整體的裝修還有氛圍都非常得好，酒店的環境也是非常的優雅，我們的房間面對着大海房間整體的佈局是非常好的，從房間的各個角度都可以看到大海，而且酒店的早餐他有西式早餐和摩洛哥當地的早餐，然後酒店的游泳池也是恆温狀態，28度非常的舒適游泳池酒店也有spa中心，有温泉池，還有桑拿，總之這次我們的入住是非常開心的。Special thanks to Khouloud our butler.

Amazing stay! High quality amenities, very luxurious and excellent service. As a family, we got all their attention. Thanks to Ayman in the swimming pool, Salma the butler, Reda at the restaurant. We definitely highly recommand this Hotel for the exceptional experience we got. We booked for our next va nation before we left☺️ Can’t not mentioning the amazing beach!

My review has been informed by comparison with my experience at Royal Mansor, five day stay immediately before our stay at the St Regis, and our previous vacations at St Regis resorts (Langkawi, Maldives, and Bali). Positives (1) Delightful mornings and evenings watching the sun rising and setting (2) Enthusiastic junior staff willing to help the best they can to address specific requests (3) Heated outdoor pool Room for improvement (1) Failure to meet St Regis customer service standards. For example, lack of amenities to facilitate the St Regis ceremonies for example no English Breakfast or black tea, use of locally produced unpalatable sparkling wine for the evening champagne sabering ceremony, and no consistent provision of tea and coffee through the butler service. (2) Large areas of the hotel, approx 1/3, poorly maintained for example loose tiles in the swimming pool, water features not working, disabled toilet with no lock, disabled toilet not cleaned or refreshed. The beach bar and surrounding sitting area, approximately 1/5 of the resort, not in use or maintained. (3) The excessive use of university / college students to deliver service with limited to no managerial oversight. (4) Small and poorly maintained suites, for example, faulty front door lock and broken balcony door. Cleaning and turn down services provided inconsistently. (5) Disappointing breakfast in terms of selection and quality. (6) No nominated deputy whilst the general manager is not present at the reaort. General manager unavailable to meet in person or for a telephone conversation. These observations are consistent with previous reviews which I did not place sufficient emphasis on when planning my vacation. Be extremely cautious when considering your vacation plans. Could be amazing…. In need of a few tweaks though. This hotel is stunning and really beautiful, from the lobby and bar, to the pool and grounds. The rooms are spectacular as well, with stunning ocean views. As for the property itself, it’s definitely five star! Many people commented on the blandness of it, which I’m confused by. We have stayed at other St. Regis properties around the world, and this keeps up with the brand for sure. The general service is at times amazing and at times a miss for st Regis standards… first, special shout out to M’hamed, who was a shining example of what all of the staff should aspire to be. From the moment we checked in, his infectious enthusiasm for the property was felt and he constantly ensured our needs were met, from arranging transportation to making recommendations. While the remaining staff were incredibly nice, there was something missing… like a lack of urgency or lack of resources. For example, at the pool, we had to ask for bar service, the front desk doesn’t have small change, etc. while this is minor, it’s not the next level service to match the St. Regis branding. Food was excellent and the restaurant was great. Other reviews complained about it, but I thought it was delicious, the service here was great, and the pricing was to be expected. Overall, great! A major miss is the beach… I know it’s not “high season” but they could at least clean the beach and make it welcoming lol. It’s private and was open, but there was plastic and seaweed all over the shore. This didn’t stop me from enjoying the water, but it didn’t feel like a luxury beach lol. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here and I think the property could be amazing with some slight managerial improvements.

The St. Regis Tamouda Bay is a very nice hotel with beautiful architecture and luxurious experience . However, we were disappointed by an incident where we left a gold ring in our room, and it was not returned or reported by housekeeping. Despite contacting the hotel, they were unable to locate it. This left a bittersweet note on an our stay
