The hotel it s near the train station,the room is furnished with style,the reception it s open 24 h and the staff it s very friendly.The pool outside it s with hot water,they have sauna and massage. The breakfast it s delicious!

Great location, friendly staff, lovely well maintained facilities and plenty to do. Excellent food and service. The rooms are comfortable, there's a seating area outside and the vibe is just good. The Spa area is amazing.

I have selected this hotel in Predeal not for its gold-ish, opulent interior design, but for the fact, that is seemed more modern than most of the hotels in the area. Wrong! The building seems to be new, but I'm pretty sure it is not. The classic trick of throwing some fresh painting and new furniture covered in many useless and badly installed accessories. Such as the LED strips that were not stuck to the furniture, and the continuous Tic-Tic-Tic of the sockets near the bed. That's impossible to sleep with! The wardrobe doors stayed open all the time and surprise, the minibar is in the wardrobe! Could sound fancy, but it is not, cause it reduces the space in the wardrobe. Some other bad aspects are the music all around the hotel, so loud, so useless. Having speakers in front of the rooms with loud music on is a No-No for a 4 stars hotel wannabe. How can someone rest with that loud music until 23 at night? The bathroom is way too small and the cleaning is for sure not a 4 Stars cleaning. I mean, customers would highly appreciate a clean bathroom, mostly the shower. Also, I don't know how inspired the architect was to project the kitchen just under the rooms, so in the room I could easily breath not the fresh air of mountains, but all the menu from croissants to steak or meatballs. For some could be nice, for most, not. For the price applied, the services are poor. It depends, of course on the scale of values of anyone or on the previous hotel experiences they had. But gold-ish interior design doesn't mean high quality. Same as the stars! I would never come back and wouldn't recommend to other customers looking for a nice and relaxing, premium quality hotel in Predeal!

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend, 2 nights. When we arrived the room was not ready, even though the receptionist gave us the key and said we can go to our room. Inside the room there was a permanent smell of cigarettes, the balcony wasn't cleaned at all. There floor was dirty and full of cigarettes ashes. The closets closures were very bad, felt like the closet door will fell on you... We had dinner the first evening, the dishes had very high prices that didn't reflected the food quality. I served cabbage duck, everything was so salty. My husband served wild boar sausages and beans, the sausages were so tough. Like when you have them prepared for a long time and then reheated. The person who was in charge with the cooking didn't had a 4* experience at all. The pool was pretty nice. I wouldn't go there anymore in the future.
