The best place to stay in Dhariyawad is Fort Dhariyawad, which is a heritage property and is over 400 years old. This fort was build by the second son of Maharana Pratap and currently his 25th generations take care of the property and honestly they are the best host you can ask for. The fort is a perfect blend of heritage and luxury. I stayed there for 2 nights and they organised several excursions for us. 1. They arranged for a beautiful Sundowner in Kush Mangri Dunes. The entire setup was so dreamy. 2. They took us for a night safari to Sitamata Wildlife Sanctuary which is famous for leopards and flying squirrels. Nothing compares to the thrill of going to a jungle at night. 3. Day 2, we went on a jeep safari to Kunteriya for jungle lunch. We enjoyed traditional Rajasthani lunch right next to a river. 4. On Day 3 for breakfast we went to Jakham Dam, which was absolutely gorgeous. Best part about the stay was the experiences that they organised and also the food, the food was delicious, loved the variety. The rooms were super comfortable, wifi was also good. The staff is super friendly, they were always on their toes to serve us, nothing compares to their amazing hospitality. Overall had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience an offbeat Rajasthan.
