Hotel Nerudova 211

這是一家在小城區的寶藏酒店，步行可至布拉格城堡。最讚的是服務，無比貼心周到。房間很有設計感，復古浪漫。再去布拉格，還會選擇。

我們一家2大2小出遊。 酒店地點在城堡區，和城堡很近， 當然也需要爬坡。 我們入住頂樓房間， 90平方非常大， 裝飾裝修很新很完美， 感覺非常温馨。 工作人員也非常好客， 還有自家cafe的歡迎飲品。

What a beautiful stay we had here. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff. She was incredibly friendly, she took out a map and showed us her favourite places in Prague and her recommendations. We had booked room 103 (deluxe room). It was absolutely gorgeous, with incredible ceilings. The bed was extremely comfortable - honestly, didn’t want to wake up in the mornings!! I normally struggle with hotel pillows - I have quite a sore neck but not one bit of pain with this bed. The housekeeping did a brilliant job of cleaning our room while we were out. We ate breakfast one of the days in the cafe and the food was amazing. Not one negative thing to say about the place. All of the staff were so friendly, the building is absolutely beautiful, the room felt cosy and grand all at once. We’d stay here again, 100% and next time we come to Prague, we’ll be checking if this place is available first.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel from Dec 6th to Dec 9th. From the start, we had a lovely warm welcome. Both Dominika and Veronica on reception were very friendly and extremely helpful, pointing out things to see and do whilst in Prague. We stayed in room 303, which is large and luxurious. The beds were perfect. We ate breakfast in the 211 cafe at the front of the hotel and the food and coffee was wonderful. Again the staff were excellent especially Jan who was super friendly. This hotel is in a perfect spot in a beautiful city. On the whole the people of Prague are a bit rude and miserable but the wonderful staff at this hotel are charming and friendly. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in in Europe. Thanks to all at the hotel for a lovely time.

We stayed at this hotel for a family trip to Prague. The experience was fantastic from the time I made the reservation until we checked out. This is a small hotel close to most of the sights. The staff arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport since it was our first time visiting Prague. The driver was there to meet us as we walked out the baggage claim area. There is a small restaurant in the hotel and a breakfast option is available. We opted to do breakfast on our own since our kids are not big on breakfast. We did enjoy a welcome drink on the house on day two. There are plenty options for a quick bite near by and a Starbucks a block away if that’s your thing. We had a two room suite. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the amenities made our stay most enjoyable. They even had extra plug adapters so we could charge our electronics (the adapters we brought didn’t quite fit the local plugs). If you are looking for comfort, great location, and a welcoming environment, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel looks beautiful online and the reviews are good, however it is missing the mark in a few key areas. Mainly the details. The pros: Good location, free laundry, Kamil the driver is great and offers convenient transport to and from the train and is very knowledgeable. We stayed in room 301 and it has a lot of space and the bedroom was cute. The cons: 1) The bathroom needs to be updated, the tub ( room 301) is very deep and extremely difficult to get out of, there are bars to hold onto because otherwise you could easily slip. I would never allow my older parents to stay in this room. The shower handle falls off the wall ( hit me in the cheekbone on one occasion) . There is no counter space and the little tray is filled with some not great toiletries. The towel rack does not heat the towels, it never warmed the towels even when I had it turned up. The fan only stays on for 3 minutes at most 2) The Armoire that is provided makes your clothes smell, not in a good way. I had to wash all my clothes once I got to our next hotel in Berlin. 3. The tea kettle / coffee maker works fair at best, but I suggest doing what most hotels do and provide a nespresso where you can make decent coffee vs instant coffee in packets. Huge miss. We travel to many boutique hotels and this could be great but it needs some fine tuning.
