Una maravillosa estancia. Hotel precioso, tranquilo y acogedor pese a la zona que siempre está a tope. Pegado al puente de Carlos y muy cerca del castillo. Muchas líneas de tranvia pasan por la plaza a unos pocos metros, aunque nosotros sólo lo cogimos para ir a la estación rumbo a Budapest y una de las muchas veces que subimos al castillo para evitar la cuesta, que ya íbamos exhaustos. A un paseo de todo lo que hay que ver. El servicio muy atento, la habitación muy amplia y el desayuno genial, muy muy completo

We loved this hotel. The location was perfect; just across the Charles Bridge. The metro was only a 5 min walk so it was so easy to get around. The breakfast was great also. It was interesting to stay in such a historical place. I highly recommend!

It was a real pleasure staying at U Černehó Orla residence during our visit to Czech Republic. It's located in the heart of Prague city center, a few steps away from Charles Bridge. We could go everywhere on foot. Our room, Royal double room on 3rd floor was exceptional!! The breakfast room was also interesting, as it's an old cellar renewed and beautifuly decorated. Breakfast was yummy, with lots of options everyday. 👌

Stayed at Residence U Cerneho Orla for three nights in April. The hotel is located metres away from the foot of Charles Bridge and just around the corner from the Lennon Wall. It is set in a fantastic location with all major tourist attractions in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept with virtually every single amenity on hand: if your room doesn’t have it, you just have to ask (I requested a clothes iron and one was provided with an ironing board). The hotel is very quirky with high ceilings and massive windows which let lots of natural light in. The shower is very powerful but did take a couple of minutes to warm up. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check in to be told our room was not ready but that we would get a text message as soon as the room was available (we did get that text less than an hour later). The receptionists spoke perfect English and organised a taxi for our return to the airport (when she discovered we were leaving before breakfast, she organised a packed lunch for us to eat on the go - very thought) The daily breakfast was a standard continental affair with the usual eggs, sausage, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, breads and spreads. As well as some other dishes like quiche and pastries. There was coffees and flavour teas available, but no English breakfast tea. This was remedied by asking at reception for more sachets which we brought down to breakfast with us. All in all, this hotel is fabulous and I will be staying here again if I return to Prague. This is a Hotel I would highly recommend if visiting Prague. The Hotel itself is elegant, very clean and above all very close to city centre. Absolute most helpful staff and very pleasant. I was stunned also by the size of the room,everything in the room you need such as Mini bar, tea and coffee making, wifi etc,etc and again room very clean and the bathroom is just as good with bath, shower and everything you need. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the main square.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great! Big selection and very tasty. Good coffee and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if we return to Prague!

What a beautiful hotel, in an amazing location. Despite it being located in a very busy area it is very quiet inside. Our room was on the second floor, so a few stairs to negotiate. The room was immaculately clean and well presented. Very good WiFi, tea/coffee, toiletries and hair dryer. The breakfast was well presented with a lot of choice on offer. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful hotel in the *actual* old town. Perfectly situated between the castle and the main shopping areas, a mere 10 minute walk at most across Charles Bridge and you're there. Our Royal Superior room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We were in room 6; despite it being located on the street side of the hotel it was only really noisy until 10/11pm so this was fine for us, we did go out of season though so it may be something to consider. Breakfast is served from 8-10am and there is a wide selection available. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage behind the desk as we arrived before check-in (2pm) so we were able to explore the city before doing so. We also left our luggage there after check-out (11am) so we could use our last day properly without being lumbered with bags - the desk is unmanned after 4pm so we made sure to collect our bags before then. Before staying here I arranged for a patisserie to send a birthday cake to the hotel for my partner; naturally I was nervous to see if it would actually turn up having ordered it a fortnight prior and never having been to the patisserie, hotel or even country before. I was overjoyed to see the cake on the side in our hotel room beautifully displayed with rose petals and a bottle of wine. Needless to say I was very impressed with all parties involved. Only a few minor things... Firstly, our room was quite cold, but it is a very old building so we can make allowances for that. Secondly, we didn't know what some of the things were at breakfast so we would have found labels helpful. Neither of these things would put us off staying here.

Great location. Friendly receptionist who looked after our luggage throughout the day (as we had a late flight home). As we arrived late, we were provided with the code for the main door a couple of days before, room card was left on the reception desk ready for us. Highly recommend this hotel- situated right next to Charles bridge. Room and bathroom were clean with toiletries supplied.

The best place to stay in Prague with historical environment right next to Charles bridge. Excellent service with flawless breakfast. Great to visit either with your family or just on your own for a business stuff.
