유럽여행의 마지막을 프라하에서 머무면서 이 숙소를 선택했는데 최고의 선택이었어요! 여행중에 가장 맘에들고 진짜 필요한것들이 모두 갖춰진 완벽한 호텔이었어요. 세탁기, 식기세척기, 조리도구, 고데기까지.. 필요한건 대부분 다 있어서 프라하에 며칠 머물면서 연박하기가 정말 좋았답니다. 그리고 스탭들도 정말 친절해서 감동적이었어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 프라하에 머문다면 추천해요!

酒店設計新，住得舒服。前台的Ranco非常專業親切，而且服務到位，對住客的各項要求都盡力做到，我們很滿意。

是所公寓式酒店，位置雖不在遊客聚集的中心，但很方便，也安靜，離公車站很近，許多景點都是步行距離，前台服務親切，設有客廳及廚房，床很舒服，住起來順心。

服務很好，酒店位置也很好。

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entrance smelled amazing, and the pleasant background music created a welcoming atmosphere. There’s a cozy waiting area with comfortable sofas—perfect if you arrive early or are waiting for a ride. The Building: The building has four floors and is equipped with an elevator, which made it super convenient. The Room: The room was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. I had read some reviews mentioning a lack of space for luggage, but I personally didn’t find that to be an issue at all. There was enough room for everything. The bed was wide (I’d say about 180 cm), very comfortable, and came with two separate duvets—which I loved! You also get a pillow selection, but the standard pillows were already perfect for me. The blackout curtains open and close with a remote, which was a great little luxury. They really thought of everything—slippers, an iron, a clothing rack, a brush, a shoehorn, and even a code-protected safe. The bedside outlets included USB-C and standard USB ports, which is super handy for charging devices. The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, plates, and plenty of kitchen appliances. Dishwasher pads were provided, which was a nice touch. The Bathroom: The shower was excellent—great pressure and beautifully clean. They provide Rituals shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion. I personally like this brand, but if you have sensitive skin, you might want to bring your own products, as these are quite scented. The towels were sparkling white and smelled amazing. The hairdryer was powerful, and here’s a bonus tip for makeup lovers: the mirror didn’t fog up after showering, which meant I could do my makeup right away. There’s also a washing machine in the unit, and they provide washing pads—which cleaned my clothes really well and left them smelling fresh. Communication: Communication with reception was via WhatsApp, which was super convenient. I once forgot to hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, and they kindly messaged me to ask if I still wanted cleaning—such thoughtful service. Cleanliness: The level of cleanliness throughout the entire aparthotel was honestly next-level. Everything was spotless. Location: The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport just outside the building. Bonus Tip for Coffee Lovers: There’s a nearby café called Onesip Coffee, and their coffee is absolutely worth checking out! In short: R16 Residences is a truly fantastic place to stay. Impeccably clean, well-equipped, thoughtfully designed, and with a level of service that truly stands out. I highly recommend it—you won’t be disappointed!

Could not fault this accommodation. Welcoming attentive staff. Clean spacious modern room with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, amazing shower. Great location a short walk from the old town. All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Will definitely return
