We had a deeply disappointing experience during our stay at this resort. On August 1, 2024, a shocking incident occurred at the pool involving one of the lifeguards. My aunt, who is recovering from an illness and cannot be exposed to the sun, was resting quietly under an umbrella. Without any warning, the lifeguard aggressively removed the umbrella, putting her safety at risk. His behavior was not only inappropriate but also dangerous. The resort has a rule of one umbrella per four beds. Since the umbrella next to us hadn’t been used for hours, we took it for my aunt to keep her in the shade. If the lifeguard had simply explained this rule in a normal manner, we would have understood. Instead, when my uncle tried to calm the situation, the lifeguard became even more aggressive and intimidating, even leaning over my 8 year old son’s bed to get closer to my uncle in a threatening manner. This behavior caused significant stress and fear for my family, especially the small children. We rented two houses for our families, but due to this incident, we felt unsafe and uncomfortable using the pool for the remainder of our stay. We were forced to cut our vacation short by a day because we could no longer endure the ongoing stress and negative atmosphere. Despite reporting the incident immediately, we have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from the resort management. We gave the resort a week to respond and come up with a solution, but unfortunately, we received no response at all. The lack of response is extremely concerning and shows a complete disregard for guest complaints. We had saved diligently for this vacation, and it was ruined by the unacceptable behavior of the staff. We hope the resort will take this matter seriously and provide appropriate compensation for the days lost and the emotional distress caused. Would not recommend this resort to others.

Overall it was a nice experience. We arrived at the last week of the season and the camping was quite empty by that time. The staff was still very helpful and nice to us. The small shop in the camping site was half empty though but we could get the essentials. Although there were some issues that we were not happy about. The place is very far from everything. We needed to go to a proper shop to buy food and stuff and we needed to take a half an hour ride to the store. The amounts of flies and mosquitos very horrendous. They can’t seem to get rid of them I assume but why not provide fly traps to each home maybe …?

Good but not 5 starts Biggest plus - POOL AREA - we travelled in 2023 when New splash park was added making massive difference - can say best pool for kids and young teenagers with great water temperature. - Amazing place if you would like to try glamping. - Stable with very rare opportunity to try horse ridding at the beach, amazing staff working there. - Great staff at the pool bar with nice pizza Biggest minus - Mosquitos - they make it IMPOSSIBLE to visit the beach during the sunset, whole campsite is quiet badly affected by them as well as the pool area from round 5/6pm. We used Jungle formula strength 4 and it protected us from being bitten but still could see clouds of them flying round us. - Only one shop with very limited stock and high prices (other shop Alli - about 25 minutes drive in small town ) plus one restaurant for evening meal with small portion of French fries costing 5 euro. - Entertainment was very limited, maybe because the season just stared, but seen more amazing performances in Camping Marina di Venezia at the same time last year - Campsite is beautiful with natural beauty but next to our house was uncovered field with overflowing rubbish coming out of the bins, old pool furniture, pipes etc... which spoiled the experience, and not something you would expect to find in 5 star resort The campsite is in the middle of the Nature park so if you like peace and quiet for 7 days it is amazing but if you like to visit places and do some sightseeing during your holiday probably it is not the place for you as closest place to visit is about 1hr 40 min away , like Venice or Padua...

the staff barely speak English the security staff unrespectful the don't understand the children needs i had two problems with the security staff when i report it to the reception staff they were carless and told me go and leave bad review not children friendly place and not recommended at all

Ottimo villaggio per chi vuole andare in vacanza con il proprio cane. Bungalow ben tenuti e curati, recintati e con spazio sufficiente per lasciare libero il proprio animale. Verde sempre curato, nessuna zanzara, area di sgambamento per il cane. Spiaggia a pochi passi, molto ampia con bar pizzeria, ombrellone a pagamento o zona libera. Qui i cani, a differenza di molte regioni italiane, possono fare il bagno in mare. Opportunità di fare belle passeggiate essendo la struttura sul Delta del Po'. Consigliatissimo!!
