We went here for our anniversary and my birthday. I booked a suite for 3 nights expecting a harbor view as in the pictures depicted on the website. When I arrived I saw the view of a parking lot from my window. I approached the front desk and asked if they had a room with a better view. I am a Hilton Gold Member but was told that the hotel didn't have any rooms with views of the water. I didn't argue and moved on disappointed. After the first day, our room was not attended to or cleaned upon our return. For example, even had to contact the front desk a few times to get a coffee cup in the morning. At checkout, I expected the Hilton Gold Member Perks such as Breakfast and Complementary beverages. Unfortunately, I was greeted with the statement that they did not honor this as I had "booked through a third party". The third party is American Express Platinum which was the reason I booked in the first place. It was a disappointment considering the price and the fact that we stayed at another Hilton property at our next destination and the Hilton Gold Rewards were honored no questions asked. I would stay at a different property upon our next trip to Portland. If you are a Hilton Gold member ,double check about the rewards.
