Ocean view Victorian

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and welcoming. And then there is location, location, location! Amazing view! Lots of green space for walking, sitting on a bench or in a gazebo admiring the view. We also enjoyed some late afternoons on the front porch of this home. Nearby tennis and pickleball courts. Residential neighborhood with beautiful gardens and interesting architecture. A short walk or drive to restaurants and shops. Our host, Dan was very welcoming and has a vast knowledge of local history and culture as well as an entrepreneur. We left with a variety of his Captain Mowatt’s sauces.

Nice historic apartment We had a great stay and were a bit surprised (pleasantly) that the 4th of July fireworks were set off in the park across the street (East Promenade). We enjoyed the location but it is a bit far from Old Port area where most of the activity was. Note: parking in the Old Port area is VERY expensive (20-26 for 2 hours (minimum time)) so it is likely better to walk (15 minutes) or uber to that area.

We had such a great stay at this East End apartment. It was perfect for the two of us, super clean, comfortable, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We love to walk, so the location was ideal. It took us about 10 to 15 minutes to walk into Old Port, and there’s also a trail right next to the property that we used often.Dan was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed chatting with him during our stay. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Portland!

Waterview!! Loved this location, the apartment was well equipped and convenient to all that Portland has to offer!

2 Day Getaway Excellent location for walking to all locations and Excellent hosts, Dan and Pam were a pleasure to work with and will be back again for sure.
