店家精心佈置了房間，到處都是鮮花，套房很大，廚房用具配的很全。離超市和市場都不遠，就是颱風剛過，沒什麼蔬菜水果。

This was a great place to stay. Warm welcome and such a wonderful view from the spacious patio. The kitchen was great and so practical. Ruth helped with organising day trips and suggestions. The cafes and restaurants within a few metres were amazing. Highly recommend.

The size of the apartment was well above what we expected, beautiful view of Iririki Island and the wharf where the ships dock. Fantastic scenery, superb location. Also, the staff were super friendly, helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend for anyone who is travelling to Port Vila and wanting space, ability to cook your own meals and walking distance to various markets.

My daughter and friends stayed in 2 flats at the Mariner during their med school elective and absolutely loved it, The view was great, the place was modern and clean and the staff v friendly and accommodating. It was her birthday whilst there and Elliott and his team were absolutely fantastic. They sourced local flowers, a cake and a small local present and set it up very nicely in her flat to surprise my daughter. We were in regular communication via WhatsApp and nothing was too much trouble. Being so far away I felt my daughter and her friends were in good hands over there and it was v reassuring.

Central location with a stunning view of the bay. Really loved my stay there and the rooms had it all and i couldn't ask for more. And more to that a friendly host and I would highly recommend Mariner to anyone, whether it's business or pleasure.

The studio apartment was great, very large and clean, with full kitchen facilities, double bed, lounge area, large balcony with a fantastic view. The location was close to town with easy access to everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and it was also quiet which meant a good nights sleep. The free internet was fast and the aircon worked well. The washing machine was very handy. The rooms were serviced daily although we opted to not have them serviced that frequently as it was not needed. The owners and the staff were lovely, very friendly and would go the extra mile to make your stay fantastic. The pool was good, we only used it the once but nice to have the option to cool down. Pool towels were provided. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again 😊

I am surprised to read the reviews on Mariner Apartments because our experience was a little different. On our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member and shown our floor level room overlooking the water which was very pretty. The room contains a kitchenette, large bedding area, balcony and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The pool area was run down with only one sun chair when we were there and no shade. No pool towels were provided. The tea and coffee in the room was not replenished and our linen was not changed for the duration of our five-night stay. We ended up washing our sheets in the washing machine in our room after day three as we couldn't find staff after returning from our day out. There was a small child in the room above us who woke up very early each day which meant we could hear a ball constantly tap tap tapping across the ceiling from 4am every day. This is no one's fault but I would suggest not to place family's above couples for everyone's comfort. The location is great with town just a minutes' walk away.

Being seasoned travellers we were surprised and delighted with the warm welcome we received at the Mariners apartments. We arrived in the middle of the night but were warmly greeted and assisted to move in, the staff even sourcing an extra bed at 4-30am in the morning. Great location for a week's stay, being able to walk to all of the shops and a beautiful view of the harbour. While the island has so much to offer the highlight for us was the way the staff and owner looked after us. Felt like family by the end of the week.

Absolutly loved our stay at the Mariner! Elliott the owner was absolutly fantastic as well as Helen and the team there. They went above in beyond for us, even sourcing a blender so we could make pina coladas in our room! The view is utterly fantastic and was amazing to wake up to every day. It’s centrally located and a great base. The kitchen and washing machine/dryer were particular handy travelling as a family. We absolutely loved our stay and would book there again in a heartbeat! Thank you Elliott and team!
