Ocean Breeze Motel

Wow , this motel was so clean and comfortable . The bed was also great . The host was very friendly and happy to greet us.It is not far from the beach and park is across the road .Oh and the TV was about 55 inch one , hardly ever see one that big .Will go again ..

Very good apartment even if it’s an very old model and old facilities. We stayed in a two bedrooms option, which has tons of open space in the living room/kitchen and also have a little backyard to sit and have breakfast. Well kitchen prepared with pans, scrubs, different sizes of plates and even oven! They are very restrict with maintenance like u use, u wash which is good but the only thing was they almost kicked us out of the room because we took 30 min delay on the checkout even we did the checking almost 22h on the night before. Another good thing was the couple who runs the place seemed living right next to the hotel which facilitated the process of getting the key even getting late. (One good advice on staying on those kind of facilities is getting in touch with them before u arrive if u are going to be there after 18h since they close very early and everybody sleeps super early here in AUS).

This so called apartment has the strangest layout & features. Original 1960s kitchen cabinets with an equally ancient stove, no way would I use it. Full length windows in the “bedroom “ with inadequate curtains. Anyone could see in from the courtyard & the room lit up when the neighbours turned on their lights. I don’t recommend Unit 1

Good location close to beach and town. Lovely friendly welcome from Julie at reception. Quiet at night ( I had end unit) and comfy bed. Nice little private sitting out area with table and chairs. Very spacious unit. Good TV. Carparking was a bit 'tight' (Unless you had a small car) Cars parked at an angle so jutted out a bit. However, bonus was cars were under cover and right outside door. Place was a bit tired (although very clean) but I understand that they are in the process of updating the kitchens and bathrooms. There was a sitting out area with free coffee available near the reception. Would certainly stay again

this is one of the original Motel in Port according to the owner 1957. The room have been refurbished, with all equipment to cook for 4 people. I had a 2 bedrooms appartment style with great lounge, dinning table and a garden space via the back door. Situated only few minutes walk to a quite beach. Outdoor near the reception, access to free Tea and coffee facilty and not instant coffee. Room was clean and spacious with good shower and toilet . Room was really clean and inviting. I had room 5 and can't complain at all.

We were going to stay at this Motel on our way north but on the day of arrival my partner came down with covid, we know it was late but when asked if we could have a credit no sorry was the answer. Under the situation around these days you would think a little understanding would be . It doesn't show much compassion doesn't.
