Amazing resort with spa facilities. Great view from our room of the lakes and hills. Spacious rooms and great staff! A must visit.

Mini moon paid for 2 nights B&B Tried to book 1 night B&B 1 night room only as we were checking at 0330 to catch a flight Advised receptionist on arrival of this No complementary breakfast to take away with us Noise from wedding party outside of window on the Sunday night Noise from a couple talking at the fire door right opposite our door at 0230 in the morning £8 to have room serviced delivered was a bit steep but all credit to the waiter he must have been Alan Wells because food was piping hot

I spent a half day at the spa & it was EVERYTHING. My package included the use of all the spa facilities, a 30 minute massage & I upgraded for an afternoon tea. My massage therapist was Heather and she was devine. Besides being a beautiful person, she listened to my needs, my body's needs and it made my massage experience exactly what I needed it to be. The spa facilities were amazing. The outdoor hot tub made it that extra special. Lastly, upgrading to the afternoon tea (just £10) was just WOW. I was dancing in my seat. The whole experience was everything I needed that day and I'm very grateful for that.

I could not fault this hotel. From checking in with the warm and friendly reception staff to house keeping haven’t found this sort of service in a hotel in such a long time it was very refreshing. Another thing that was very refreshing was their spa. Lovely warm pool and an outside jacuzzi with breathtaking views over to Dumbarton Rock. Perfectly cooked fillet Steak was ordered to the room and piping hot when it arrived washed down with a lovely Malbec. Following morning to set us up for the day we had a Scottish breakfast from their buffet. Great choice on the continental side also. Look forward to returning and would recommend this spectacular hotel without any hesitation.

WE STAYED IN THE DUNCAIRN ROOM 66 WHICH WAS LOVELY. IT WAS MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY. REALLY NICE SURPRISE TO HAVE BUBBLY AND CHOC TRUFFLES IN OUR ROOM ON ARRIVAL. MY HUSBAND PLAYED 9 HOLES ON THE GOLFCOURSE WHILE I CHILLED IN A BIG BUBBLE BATH. WE USED THE POOL,STEAM ROOM AND ROOFTOP JACUZZI. HAD A LOVELY 3 COURSE MEAL,FEW DRINKS . SERVICE AND STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK .

My wife and I have stayed at Gleddoch Hotel on many occasions over the years and we have always enjoyed it. We stayed overnight on 30 June 2024 for our 45th wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make our anniversary stay very memorable. We had a Premier room with views over the River Clyde towards Dumbarton Castle, with the Kilpatrick Hills in the distance. The location, high on a hill above Langbank on the south side of the Clyde, is spectacular. We had a wonderful meal in Vista Restaurant - we went a la carte as it was a special occasion. Scallops to start, a steak for myself, duck for my wife, and affogatos to finish. The next morning, we went to the spa for a swim in the pool. It is one of the nicest spas we have been to with a large rectangular pool. We went into the outdoor Jacuzzi which was lovely and warm and had fantastic views over the Clyde. A truly memorable experience! Then we had a full Scottish breakfast in the restaurant. My wife uses a walking frame and the staff very helpfully took us from reception to the spa and restaurant and back on several occasions in a golf cart. One young lad drove us at 6.50 am up to the spa. He looked after us well, even although he was going off duty at 7 am. The use of the golf buggy was much appreciated (as the hotel is built on a hill and covers several levels). The reception staff also helped us with our luggage. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Particular thanks are due to Lucy and Rebecca in reception, and Shradha and Murren in the restaurant. They helped to make our stay very special indeed! We are looking forward to returning to Gleddoch in the future. Highly recommended!

Bed was so comfy and huge. Room was very spacious. Jacuzzi very relaxing. Dinner was delicious. Great service. Overall we had a great relaxing stay. Very peaceful with lovely views. Staff were all very attentive. Service was very good with no waiting time at all. Would defo return

Stayed while on business nearby and first thing you notice is the lovely grand entrance with nice, smooth road. This swiftly disappeared half way up to a 'road' more hole then tarmac, but we move on. Inside was very nice throughout & clearly kept to a high standard. Checked in & went to our rooms which was very nice. Plenty of room, very clean with a massive shower. Used the gym while staying which while small, has almost everything you would want. Ate in the vista restaurant for tea. Seated promptly and orders taken. I had the burger which was good but not for me unfortunately. Deserts were good until we found a milk top in the trifle! The bit you peel off. How do you miss that falling in?? Manageress did take off both deserts from the bill which was a nice gesture. Perfect service otherwise. Had a great nights sleep& Breakfast was also good. Overall, a pleasant stay & will definitely return.

I would like to start off with thanking George miller for sorting this night out for me , I came here to stay on 25/05/24 and when I arrived the girl at the front desk was nice and helpful and told us where to go , I stayed in a room next to the spa The room was nice and clean just a wee bit dated to my tastes but over all all good so the night of the 25th me and my girlfriend went to the spa it was good it wasn’t to bust just perfect for us the only thing stopping me giving this a 5 star review is a few broken tiles at the hot tub cuase the experience this time as much better , The breakfast was by far one of the best sections I’ve seen from a hotel in a while & also if you go you will need to try their dinner Thanks again George
