Charming house on 3 levels, completely renovated, comprising:
- Ground floor comprising a large fitted garage with utility room, toilet (shower, WC), space for storing bikes or any sporting equipment. ping pong table and wall bars available
- First floor: large living room with breathtaking view of the fishing port, American kitchen opening onto the inner courtyard, TV, Bathroom (shower, bath, WC, sink), master bedroom overlooking the courtyard with water point.
- Second floor: two spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom with two twin beds overlooking the harbor and one bedroom with double bed overlooking the roofs), a bathroom shared by the two bedrooms (with shower, sanitary and sink), large areas of storage in the two bedrooms. Beautiful house in a stunning location. Close to all the D day landing beaches and museums and the Bayeux tapestry. Port en Bessin is a lovely town with some great restaurants and shops within minutes walking from the house. Parking was no problem and we even managed to get our large car into the garage, just. The Sunday market was fabulous and we had fireworks over the harbour on the Friday night. Regine was helpful with any questions we had. I can't recommend this house enough, such a lovely place and we would love to come back. The pictures don't do it justice.

Old fellas trip
Superb location, market right outside on Friday night and Sunday morning. Quiet area, parking easy, great places to eat. Just loved the town…. Would highly recommend…

Outstanding property in a wonderful village
One of the best rentals I’ve ever had. The house is immaculate and modern, Regine is a gracious host. Everything was top notch. The Sunday farmers market right outside was a treat. Watching the fishing boats from the dining table was therapeutic. Several bistros, a small supermarket and patisseries within shouting distance. My family and I absolutely loved this place and it will be my location of choice every time I return to Normandy.

We had an excellent stay in this spacious, well-equipped and well-located apartment. The unit was very quiet with 2 of the 3 bedrooms facing the back of the property. And there were no noise issues with enjoying the twin-bed room at the front of the unit. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the front door, as well as a bakery and an ice-cream shop. The hostess was very responsive and friendly. Great location for visiting the sites associated with the Omaha Beach landings in 1944. Highly recommended and would absolutely stay there again.

Superb house in a wonderful location
This house was just perfect for our weekend with 2 friends and the central location was just the right position to reach many of the WW2 museums and beaches so well worth extending our drive from Calais. We loved the view of the harbour and the experience of the Sunday market right outside our door. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and exceptionally clean. There are several good restaurants and shops very close by. Our host was very helpful and welcoming and the whole weekend was very memorable and thought provoking. Museum at Aromanches and Dead Man’s corner both well worth a visit.

Perfect Place to visit Normandy
The location is absolutely perfect. The restaurants are fabulous with many options. Regine is a gracious and responsive hostess. We lived our stay here.

Port en Bessin
Loved our stay here in the Normandy area. Just loved this little town.
The apartment was perfect, beds were comfy too!
The owners were very helpful when we needed the heaters turned on! We hit a rainy and cold period!
For those with mobility issues, fyi, all bedrooms are located up stairs.

Very nice property
The property over looks the harbour and is very close to the many restaurants and local shops with a Super U in walking distance.
It is a very clean and well maintained house with lots of personal touches in both in decorations and kitchen accessories. The garage was a bonus.
We are happy to recommend and give it 5 stars
