La elección más acertada. Aun sueño con esa cama gigante y la habitación con jacucci privado para nosotros. La comida con el buffet de máxima calidad y los restaurante temáticos son un lujo para cada noche. Las instalaciones impecables: las múltiples piscinas el gimnasio y el spa. Y una playa espectacular al lado. Deseando repetir.

Excelente destino para ir con la familia de vacaciones, especialmente si se va con niños. Los 5 días que de nuestra estancia estuvieron genial, un trato muy amable y profesional por parte de todo el staff, muy atentos. La comida tanto del buffet como restaurantes estuvo genial, muy buena calidad y variedad. Los pqueños de la familia se lo pasaron en grande, disfrutando de las piscinas y de las actividades para los más pequeños. Todo muy limpio y bien organizado, se nota la calidad del hotel. Altamente recomendable.

Zafiro Palace Hotel Alcúdia is one of the best designed holiday hotels in the world. I researched Zafiro Hotels as a business and it’s ran by two ladies & you can tell, the attention to detail is stunning. The entire place is immaculate. They are constantly gardening, cleaning and making good. Even all the staff regardless of role are dressed immaculately from the lifeguards, to gardeners to the restaurant staff. The large entrance way up the hill enjoys scenic views over the nearby mountains. You then enter the lobby. Tip: If you visit this lobby at sunset the large glass entrance is bathed in gorgeous lighting. I took pictures it was so beautiful. The lobby itself is a masterpiece… large open plan marble room with marvellous artworks. But this is just the start: in this building you have a great modern gym, a lovely coffee shop, with a low glass vista with views over the entertainment area and pools. The entertainment setting is at the same time impressive but intimate with a lovely bar area behind you. The table service here is a dream - you can sit back and enjoy the evening at your own pace. As we had young children we mainly visited the buffet restaurant, but here you can find every type of food available. They even have expensive delicacies like lobster on some evenings. It’s an Aladdin’s cave, there is something for everyone! The pools themselves are insane, there’s literally one right outside every building plus one with a swim up bar and a pirate ship for the kids. The entertainment staff also do a great job of organising water polo, aerobics and some weird but funny music game where you swim a width and guess the song. They sincerely do a great job, brilliant to see young people being passionate about their jobs. The rooms are also beautifully clean, modern with large flat screen TVs that even had UK tv channels. The balcony was massive too! But lastly, what makes Zafiro a truly great hotel is the staff. From the maids who will crawl over broken glass to make sure your room is cleaned, even if you’re in it all morning, to the bar staff in the evening who come to your table with a smile, or the restaurant staff who greet you with a smile and play with your children in meal times to the legend who dresses in the Izzy animal suit to entertain the children. Not forgetting the reception staff who will not only get you a taxi but ensure it’s literally there in minutes to take you into Alcúdia or the airport. This really is a top hotel - don’t hesitate to book. I sent them a couple of improvement points including one around more evening entertainment for the kids (disco etc) and they’ve already responded personally & said they will be addressing it. When a hotel goes out of its way to try delight customers on an individual basis, you’ve got an investable business! This company deserves to do well… Good job Zafiro. We loved it! We’ll take the memories of seeing our children play together in the pool with us through life…
