We booked because of the weather. We have since booked a second night, again, because of the weather. Everyone has been very accommodating!! Even having breakfast available past the scheduled time because local restaurants are closed or closing because of the weather

My wife and I stayed here in August, 2024. I found staff to be very engaging, especially the General Manager, Anna, who was working from morning until late at night. I appreciated her enthusiasm and the diligence of staff attempting to keep the property in the best shape possible with what seemed to be limited staffing. The property needs a complete renovation inside with more attention to the outside landscape. But the value was good, the room was clean, and the breakfast was passable. I will likely stay here again.

Room 125 has bed bugs! Woke up with red itchy pimple like bites that were not there when I went to bed. I called management the day after when I realized it was bed bug bites and they didn’t seem shocked. This must happen often. Avoid this hotel!!

Rooms were exceptional for the price - big, clean and well appointed. Daily breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage and all of the usuals. Location good with quick access to the highway and ample parking.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful amenities, close to all the best places, wonderful staff! The best hotel I’ve been to!

Beds were comfy rooms were clean staff at front desk were overly accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Not a huge selection. Muffins tasted old and eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Price was right. I would stay here again and grab breakfast somewhere else.

20 minutes away from a volleyball tournament, but so worth it. This place was much more affordable, but surprised us with every turn. Free cookie at check-in, heated pool, high ceilings and very clean!

When we arrived everyone was very kind and friendly at the front desk. We went to our room and found mud stained sheets on our bed. We went to the front desk and they moved us to a new room. It was cleaner but still not as clean as most would expect. The bath had mold growing around the caulk. When we finished breakfast the kids were ready for the pool.. they did not get in. It was absolutely filthy and still open!!! So gross.. the staff was lovely, but the hotel was gross. We won’t be back.

This hotel recently had a fire a few days before I was scheduled to check in. At no time did anyone from the hotel call me in advance to let me know that this was the situation in case I wanted to change or cancel my reservation. I found this at check in. The entire hotel smelled of electrical fire, the drop ceiling panels were missing, and electrical wires, lighting fixtures, and other cabling were hanging below in a seemingly unsafe manner. There were cardboard panels taped to the floor along the hallway on the first floor. At my time of arrival, the housekeeping services were either understaffed, or something else, but there were piles of laundry outside of many of the rooms on the second floor. I literally weaved my way around these piles to make it to my room. Thankfully, my room was in a tolerable condition, but it was not up to the standard with where I expect a Radisson hotel to be. The room itself was very basic, and there were visible marks on the walls where they needed repaired. Additionally, the mini fridge/freezer were not inspected prior to my arrival as I unfortunately found two bags of frozen breast milk in it when trying use the freezer myself. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was late in the day, and I was a few hours away from home, I would have requested a refund and found a better hotel, or just went home. Because of these experiences, I didn’t even try to use the pool, and I didn’t stay for the breakfast in the morning. Additionally, the front desk workers were not very engaging and seemed very inexperienced. I booked this hotel as part of my wedding anniversary celebrations, and I was very disappointed with everything. I paid almost $300 for this one night stay, and it was not worth it at all. This was a very poor experience overall, and I will not be returning to this hotel ever again.
