We booked this beautifully stylish duplex (two floor) apartment on the spur of the moment. Whilst we've been to France many times, apart from a few stopovers, we've never stayed in Brittany, nor on the beautiful Brittany coast. We had a fantastic time here. Pornichet to La Baule has to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the World. Ker Juliette is a hotel, plus apartments set in beautifully wooded grounds. It has a restaurant (check opening times out of season) and a beautiful pool. The pool is clean with copious amounts of loungers and parasols. It's also on an electronic entry lock which stops randoms from using the facility. What is particularly amazing is how much of a sun trap it is. We had decent weather, 22/23degC most days, but on a few there was Force 6 winds. That was the issue with the beach even though we have a beach tent, it still wasn't very nice on the beach. Excellent customer service makes or breaks a holiday and Ker Juliette is top class. The maintenance man came to show us how to use the remote control for the Velux windows in the bedroom. He was so polite and helpful and mindful to take his shoes off before going upstairs. The apartment itself, has a nautical theme, which is appropriate due to the history of the area. There are pictures on the walls of sailing ships, the colour ways remind you of the sea and there's even an amazing lamp on a nautical tripod. The apartment is only 38m. sq. which is small. There's the loo, kitchenette, living room and small bunk-bed room downstairs, with access to the terrace/balcony. Upstairs is the bathroom with the main bedroom. The bathroom is small, but functional with a smallish bath, probabl
