Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay) Hotel

This hotel needs a complete refurbishment inside and out, it’s a total let down to the premier inn brand. As it has no air conditioning, dingy dark rooms, narrow corridors. All we could hear was noise from floor above and had a bad night sleep. There is nothing premier about this hotel. It is not a good accessible location located in the middle of an industrial estate on a dual carriage way. We avoided breakfast because if the hotel is anything to go by we were concerned it would also be just as awful. Avoid at all cost, we would not recommend staying here when visiting Poole. Very disappointed!!!!

I received a 57£ parking fine even though I entered my car registration details. The hotel told me that they are unable to help as Horizon the parking company they use do not permit them to challenge this totally unfair charge. I will not book with Premier again as Incannot cope with an extra unfair parking charge.

I have to write a bad review for this hotel. I have used Premier inn in the past most recently their Ealing Hotel which was excellent. Poole Holes Bay on the other hand I have to say despite the denial of the Manager fell very short - Room 30 1) Room not made up (we stayed two nights) after fist night's stay no sign of being attended to for clean towels, make the bed and replenish the tea and coffee, nor empty the bin 2) Bathroom is a danger - too high sided (Old Design) no grab rails and easy to slip when exiting the shower - a health and safety issue - a nasty accident waiting to happen 3) Carpet - my feet stuck to parts of it and if it has ever been cleaned recently then it was a bad job 4) Chair in room is Broken in the seat 5) The bed mattress is lower on the left hand side than the right - I would call that broken A plus is that the morning catering staff were very helpful and the breakfast as a normal Premier Inn Breakfast Given that this is a dominant hotel for a resort area of Poole and a Business persons stay spot convenient to the Industries of Poole I am surprised at the low standard when compared to the large selection in the next town Bournemouth Message to owners get you act together and support Poole Tourism
