I would like to share my story. We got caught in cyclonic rain yesterday and we had to check out today. The hotel owner ***** with his staff helped us a lot. They arranged cab for all the guests, made sure we all had breakfast before leaving. The staff carried our luggages and made we all sure we all get inside the cab safely despite heavy rains and knee-reaching flood on the road. I have never seen such a humane act from any host. We owe him a lot and pray for his good health and fortune. Apart from this the rooms were clean and up to the mark service-wise. Thank you sir!

The room was decent. But the restaurant had very minimal menu. Also proper toiletries were not provided

Hotel karai staff/management is new and less experienced. Overall service is like a guest house, doesn't feel like a good quality hotel. They provide cold packed breakfast and don't provide tea or coffee. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone

Good hotel. Staff is also very good but they have charged us 1000 rupees extra as check in time is 12pm and we have reached their at 7am. Overall experience is very good

It’s very good location in pondy, well maintained rooms worth for the tarif. Note: but internal service they have to improve with fixing a professional manager to handle the hotel managment
