I am a Hilton Diamond member and stay at this location a few times as I do have business in Ponca City. I will never stay here again as they are not focused on accomodating their guests just meeting revenue metrics. I had to cancel my business trip due to hospitilization and I was within the 24 hour cancellation window and they had no empathy for my plight and refused to accomodate the cancellation. Stood behind the cancellation policy directly to me and back to the Hilton Diamond desk. I expect to be back in Ponca City for business in the future but this property will not get my business. Short sighted response to a guest with a unusual circumstance. I disagree with how they handled it but they showed their true colors. It's not about the guest so if you stay here hopefully you won't need anyting out of the policy as they won't accomodate.

The hotel wasn't terrible, it was staffed well with friendly folks and it was clean. I did get injured on the property and reported it. They did fix the item that caused the injury but other then that, they offered nothing more then NEOSPORIN. I was left with a HUGE bruise and a cut. Also I almost slipped in the elevator because they didn't put a wet sign up. So watch for potential hazards. It wasn't a pleasant stay this time.

Hotel was not willing to work with me on cancellation even though I was 96 hours out. Not only did they still charge me but charged me for the full 3 days of stays. I will not be using this chain for personal or business travels. If I ran my business in this manor I would not have have many return clients as things come up in the world we have to be willing to work with people. Clearly they just want to rip people off and do not care about their customers. Horrible business ethics.

Shirt trip to check on our business in nearby Blackwell. Usually stay at the Marriott Fairfield and sadly they were booked so we assumed the nearby Hampton would deliver same service as Marriott. We were sadly mistaken.

Our goal was to go to Pawhuska to visit Ree Drummond's restaurant, lodge where she films her show, anything else related to her. This ended up being one of the closer hotels. This hotel was a good location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
