First floor apartment in the noted wine village of Pommard close to medieval Beaune at the heart of the Burgundy wine industry.
Secure parking and views over the adjacent chateau and it's beautifully restored gardens which are open to the public.
Quality accommodation offering 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, walk in shower, separate WC and well fitted kitchen with washer dryer and dishwasher.
Satellite TV with various language options including French and English. Unlimited WiFi.
Ideally situated close to road and rail links to explore this beautiful and historic region of France. Local bike hire available to explore the vineyards that surround the village.

The apartment is situated a short walk from the busy centre of this charming wine village.
You will find some of the world's finest vineyards, a boulangerie, butcher, bar/café, wine bar, chocolaterie and several restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment.
There are helpful wine merchants in the village square plus opportunities to taste and buy from individual producers.
Les Epenots has been given a 4* status by the Cote d'Or tourist board. Pommard, with Beaune and other nearby villages, has joined the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 2015.

Our residence is located in a 17th century coach inn fully restored, in the heart of the village, 4 km from Beaune. With two Bedrooms and a Bathroom, this luxury apartment can accommodate 4 adults. Individual parking place in the private courtyard. No smoking and no pets allowed. Children welcome.
There are a number of different activities available in the surrounding area, including cycling, golfing, through some of the most beautiful countryside to be seen in France. In Beaune, you will always find something to do. This bustling medieval town has over 50 eateries, numerous wine merchants, street fairs, parks and gardens. Perfect Hideaway
Tucked away in the charming vineyards of Pommard, this place is a delightful oasis of tranquility. Immaculately clean and exceptionally comfortable, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Frederic, our host, was a rockstar in the communication department and his recommendations were spot on. If you're looking for a serene retreat with a touch of vineyard magic, this is the place to be!

Somewhere Special
The apartment is unique, combining centuries of history with every modern day convenience.
Tucked away in a quiet corner of a delightful and pretty village, deeply embedded in the Burgundy winemaking country. We stayed for a week just after harvest time, when the whole village is bathed in the sensuous smells of fermenting grape juice.
Pommard is only 4km from Beaune which is also bathed in history, and has all of the restaurants and shops you could need.
There are also many other sights in the surrounding countryside, which the owner shares with you in a detailed guide.

Pommard
Lovely spacious apartment in the village of Pommard. Lots of useful information provided about the wine tasting and other local attractions. The village is lovely and quiet, with lots of opportunities for walks or cycle rides through the vineyards. It’s also very close to Beaune too. Very good communication with the owner before arrival. Highly recommended!

Weekend Pomard
We stayed for 3 nights in Pomard. The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated! All amenities needed were there, it feels like coming to a home.
Location wise this apartment is wonderful, being near Beaune and al grand cru’s in the area.
We had a wonderful weekend!

Burgundy done right!
This apt is quite nicely appointed, very roomy for 2 people, the stairs weren't an issue for us at all, really only 1 full flight inside the apt and 1 full flight leading up to the front door of the apt. Fully equipped kitchen! Everything you need, great shower with plenty of hot water, comfy bed and pillows! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to the host for this great home!

Pommard perfection
A wonderful accommodation tastefully furnished and well-equipped with everything one requires. Location was great just a few minutes from Beaune with a bakery and restaurants and, importantly Château Pommard, within a couple of minutes walk. Having a secure parking space on-site was both reassuring and convenient. Communications with the owner were easy and timely. One of the nicest rentals of many we have stayed in France.

Great apartment for a wonderful holiday
A very nice and well designed apartment. Very well furnished and also very well equipped. Nothing is missing. Baker around the corner. Nicely located and a great starting point for excursions in the area. A wonderful landlord and uncomplicated contact. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful apartment in wine country
This apartment in Pommard was a wonderful find and we had a great stay. The place is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. It was very easy to feel "at home" here. There's a boulangerie that's little more than a block away and some excellent restaurants nearby.
Beaune is a short drive away, although note that it's likely not close enough for you to want to walk there and back on a daily basis. A car is warranted if you plan to travel outside the village.
The only real challenge of note has to do with the wifi - but it only applies if (a) you intend to work from the apartment, and (b) you need to make video calls. For video conferencing, we found the wifi speed to be inadequate. However, this was easily fixed by visiting the Orange store in Beaune and purchasing a mifi device (we bought an Airbox 4G+). Although it was a bit of added expense, it was well worth it to stay at this great apartment. It also completely addressed our internet challenge.
Finally, we have to say that the property manager/owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, both prior to our arrival and during our stay. He kept in touch and made sure that we had what we needed for our time there to be pleasant. We would book here again without hesitation!
