Worst Experience at The Pentacon A Resort I had booked a Non-AC room at this hotel at least a month in advance. However, when I contacted the hotel a week before my stay to confirm the booking, they informed me that the hotel had been "upgraded" and Non-AC rooms were no longer available. They insisted I pay extra for an AC room. After raising the issue with Agoda, the extra charges for the AC room were waived, but we never actually used the AC during our stay. When we checked in, the hotel charged us for breakfast, claiming that complimentary breakfast only applied to check-ins after 12 PM. The room initially assigned to us had a non-functional TV. After informing the staff, they moved us to a different room. Unfortunately, this change led to even bigger problems. A few days after switching rooms, we noticed some cash missing from our bags. Initially, we assumed we might have misplaced it, as we had multiple bags with us. However, after checking out and returning home, we searched all our belongings and discovered that not only was INR 20,000 missing, but a brand-new set of kurtas and a ladies' handbag were also gone. This has left me deeply concerned, even fearing that our privacy might have been invaded during our stay. I am unsure what actions to take against the hotel, but I am posting this review to warn others about the risks of staying here. I strongly urge potential guests to think twice before booking this hotel.
