Acabo de dejar las llaves en recepción con mucha pena porque no me quería ir! Es como estar en casa y de vacaciones a la vez! Se nota el trato familiar y hospitalidad Mallorquina de toda la vida. En los apartamentos tienes todo lo que necesitas! Cocinita, nevera, secador, plancha, tabla de planchar, además de una amplia terraza. Y super importante, Aire acondicionado! Que con este calor es más que necesario! La piscina no es muy grande pero hay hamacas para todos. Si te quieres alejar del bullicio y tener unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia a muy buen precio, recomiendo totalmente este aparthotel. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que está en una de las zonas más bonitas y tranquilas de la isla. Es mi segunda vez en don miguel y el año que viene vuelvo seguro!

____________________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE ---------- Situé au port de Pollenca, plutôt dans un endroit résidentiel, à 200m de la plage donc assez pratique. Après pour profiter des commerces/restaurants, comptez un bon quart d'heure à pied pour accéder au coeur animé du port de Pollenca. L'endroit n'est pas trop mal hors saison car certes beaucoup d'hôtels sont fermés, mais vous profitez du chemin de promenade au bord de la mer au calme sans touristes ! ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- L'établissement fait d'une part hôtel (fermé en basse saison) et appartements. A part pour avoir un service de petit déjeuner, la partie appartements est suffisant d'autant qu'on profite des mêmes équipements communs. Bâtiment qui est visuellement bien entretenu, quelques modernisations à faire néanmoins. Bon accueil, personnel qui parle français. Escaliers pour accéder aux logements. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- A l'arrivée un peu d'attente (15 minutes) car le ménage était en cours mais ça va. Appartement bien équipé, très spacieux et climatisé. Il y a une partie chambre, une partie salon/cuisine et une salle de bain/WC. Côté cuisine, équipement assez complet avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires à part peut-être un couteau pour couper viande/légumes. Le salon attenant est avec canapé-lit et TV. Déjà de nombreux rangements dans cette pièce et c'est propre. Côté chambre, 2 lits simples avec penderie, linge de lit fourni et c'est propre. La salle de bain est petite avec WC/douche, propreté négligée par contre, tâches et traces de cheveux, le couvercle du WC était sale... Très moyen niveau isolation thermique car il y a des fentes/trou dans les fenêtres ou porte, donc tout le chaud/froid entre. Il fait donc froid en hiver, et sûrement trop chaud en été. Pas d'insonorisation également, on entend les voisins, heureusement la rue est calme. ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Pas de service de restauration pour les appartements. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Bon rapport qualité/prix globalement malgré les soucis de propreté et isolation. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionne bien. Parking public gratuit, nombreuses places dans la rue. Grande piscine gratuite disponible en haute saison ! ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- Etablissement à un bon prix, appartements spacieux et bien équipés. Mériterait une franche rénovation et la propreté est à améliorer notamment dans la salle de bain. Situation au calme, et calme la nuit seulement si les voisins ne font pas de bruit. C'est donc mitigé, mais cela reste tout à fait suffisant et correct pour passer quelques jours.

Just got back home after a fantastic week here at the panorama hotel. We were bed and breakfast, Great breakfast area we plenty of choice, plus the option of a cooked breakfast. Super friendly staff who went out of their way to make you feel at home.. nothing to much trouble, even rang our transfer bus company as we were worried as the road was closed due to the bike race.. Thank you everybody we will see you all next year

I am puzzled by the positive comments given for this accommodation. I can only assume that previous reviewers have not experienced any of the other wonderful options available in the resort. Having stayed over many years at various other places my experience here fell miserably short. I would make make the following points: - If you don’t want to or can’t carry a heavy case up many steps, don't stay here. The same applies if you have mobility issues as there are numerous steps to climb. Also the main outside building steps when wet get dangerously slippy. - If you travel in a group don’t expect to get a room located together or even in the same building/site.This is even if you have made the request and emailed weeks ahead and then asked again on arrival. - If you are allocated a ground floor room opposite the pool area, be aware that the rooms above and across the road are about six times bigger! - If reception staff insist you sign a hand written disclaimer to say that they have resolved your issue (even though they haven’t) in order to absolve all liability, don’t sign it. If they persist then see your holiday Rep. I understand that sometimes what is pleasant and acceptable for one person is not for the next. With that in mind I look forward to my next stay in wonderful Puerto Pollensa. However, guess what it won’t be at the Don Miguel………Adios.

Just arrived at the Don Miguel - Puerto Pollensa - stayed here lots of times in the main hotel - loved it - this time we have been given an apartment in the building across the road - not happy - its like going back in time... they didn't even give us the wifi code...not that it matters ...

Stayed there few times now with a large group of 16 on a cycling trip..Very friendly staff and well run. Rooms are clean and basic as you can see from most of the photos. Everything you need, small kitchenette, nice outside area, good bathroom and bedroom with a sofa bed in the main area. Value for money and would use again in the future. If you are cycling there are two bike hire shops (with bar & coffee) both a stone's throw from the apartments..Well located for beach, town centre and cycling routes.

We booked 14 nights here and I got BED BUGS! from the first night I started to itch and by the third night I had over 400 bites and got sent to hospital as also had an allergic reaction due to the number of bites I had over my body. The hotel owner was shockingly awful about it and tried to blame us for the infestation. We had photo and video evidence and was staying room 3A. I have a 5 year old son and thankfully he was ok. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything like this. Thankfully we got moved hotels but the impact this had on our holiday was huge and I am still traumatised by the bed bugs.

We are a family of 4 with a 10 year old and a 7 year old. This was my fourth time back to beautiful Puerto Pollensa but my first time at Don Miguel apartments but definitely not my last. We loved it here. It was the cheaper option when we booked through 'On the beach' but we were so impressed. The staff were just so nice. Location was fabulous and we loved that it had a little bar to have drinks. The pool was fabulous.... A little deep for my 7 year old but nothing a pair of arm bands didn't fix. Never had an issue getting a sun bed on any day. The rooms were great. We were in ** which was right by the pool. Air con in all rooms with a fabulous power shower. If you want super fancy.... Then head to the hotels near pinewalks... But for us this was just what we wanted and will definitely be back. We had 12 nights and it was just enough. Its such a good location with loads of restaurants nearby and the beach 5 mins walk. Thank you to the lovely staff and i got to speak loads of my Spanish too which was great. Definitely recommend this place!!

Basic but very pleasant family run hotel. Bit of a walk into town but flat. Friendly staff. Very clean and decent breakfast. Our room was quite small but reasonably priced. Not sure if there are larger rooms. Would stay agin if in the area. We arrived without a booking so were pleased to find this hotel
