GUEST ACCESS: The cabin is secured with a smart lock, and you will receive a code for this when it is time for your check in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: -Quiet hours on the lake are 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of this and of our neighbors, some of whom are year-round residents. -The hill behind the house is quite steep and may be challenging for elderly guests or individuals with mobility concerns. -There are several stairs leading down to the dock area, as shown in the photos. -Since we are located in the woods, please be aware that there are bugs. -There is one shower, located in the walkout basement bathroom. -The basement can get quite cold in winter; however, heaters are available. -The upstairs bathroom features a bathtub, but please note that our water has a higher iron content and may have a brown tint. Rest assured, it has been tested and is completely safe to use. -We do not allow drugs, smoking, or excessive partying on the property. Any violation of this policy may result in an additional cleaning fee of $100-$300, depending on the severity, and possibly being asked to leave early. -We have a steep driveway, and we make every effort to keep it plowed in winter.
