Bayit Charming Place

This must be one of the best accommodations I've ever been. The place is beautifully decorated and totally belongs to the old town centre where it is located in. Everything in the room is well-thought, feels luxurious but is also functional. In my case, I got vouchers for breakfast in a nearby place, Martinucci Laboratory which was absolutely delicious and you should try out if you visit Polignano. The common areas are definitely one of the highlights, and I wish other places did it more in this way. Both in the rooftop and in one of the floors, there are some common areas with chairs and tables for reading, having a coffee, or just chilling with your friends or meet the other travellers staying there. There's a very cozy reading corner by the window, and the rooftop has great views and would be a great spot for sunbathing, if the weather allows. You can even play your own music on the speakers of the common areas through the WiFi. All of that contributes to giving the whole place a magical vibe that gets the best of a luxury hotel, a relaxing wellness refuge, and a social hostel. And they already found the word for it: charming. PS: Also, Daria (the host) was amazing. I booked my stay on the very same day of my stay, at around 14:15, and scheduled my check-in for 14:00–15:00... and that was on a Sunday 😅 Still, Daria somehow managed to get everything up and running in half an hour. She was super friendly, very helpful and attentive with any questions I had, and helped me organise lots of things about my stay, from things to do in Polignano and around to which trains early in the morning to get to make sure I get to my flight on time. The accommodation itself was perfect, nothing I would change. The only aspect that could've been better is the time of the visit: on a Sunday–Monday and in winter... there were not that many activities to do or people around, so I left without experiencing the full Bayit and Polignano experience. But of course, that applies to any place.

This little boutique hotel is indeed charming. More important, it is very comfortable, friendly, stylish, and beautifully located just off the central Old Town piazza and around the bend from a scenic overlook. Superb breakfasts on the beautiful roof deck, with gorgeous views of the sea and town, are a highlight. Great attention to detail throughout. Everything from towels to croissants is top quality. Highly recommended.

My stay at BAYIT Hotel in Polignano was an absolute delight. This hotel is the epitome of style and charm, featuring very well-decorated interiors with upmarket details that create a luxurious atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, situated in the best part of the city, making it easy to explore all that Polignano has to offer. The staff at BAYIT Hotel are extremely friendly and professional, contributing to a five-star hotel experience. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made my stay exceptionally pleasant. Overall, BAYIT Hotel offers a perfect blend of style, comfort, and top-notch service. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and I will definitely return with my family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Polignano!

Lovely hotel perfectly situated in old town Polignano. Simple concept… lovely clean rooms. Breakfast area is very nice with a good selection of food and has lovely views . It is very close to the church in a small square. We enjoyed our stay there.

T****e verblijf in een rondrit in Apulia oktober '24. Heel goeie ligging, kleinschalig hotel in 't midden van het centrum van de oude stad Polignano a Mare. Heel goed gelegen en heel mooie accommodatie in een oud mooi gerestaureerd pand. Vriendelijk onthaal, behulpzaam, indien nodig kan je ze altijd bereiken via een gewone sms. Zij voorzien een shuttle dienst vanaf de parking. Onze kamer was mooi, maar iets aan de kleine kant maar voor een 2 daags verblijf viel dit goed mee. Heel mooie ontbijtplek met nieuw op de rooftop. Minpuntje was wel dat de kamer zich bevindt aan de keukenhoek. 's Morgens om 7 uur vrij lawaaierig. Ervaring: aangename plek in een heel mooi stadje

Vi abbiamo soggiornato il 30 e 31 dicembre ed è stata una bella sorpresa. Pulito, curato e ben arredato, si trova in posizione ottima perché centrale ma non caotica. La colazione (che si consuma presso il bar convenzionato Sambé, se non erro) è ottima: buoni i croissant, come le torte di produzione propria, ma anche i toast salati e la frutta fresca. In camera erano presenti sia pantofole che accappatoi nonché detergenti di qualità. Il tutto ad un prezzo più che onesto. Da tornarci!
