The three hotel owners Ramu Dada, Damu Dada and Ummesh dada helped me a lot during my trip by booking all my required bungee, paraglyding, bus ticket to kathmandu and even helped to get into the spots.

Damu and his team have gone above and beyond to make our stay incredibly comfortable. Their friendly personalities and kindness made The North Face Inn feel like home. Ramu in the kitchen is outstanding and makes amazing banana pancakes. You can organise all your adventures around Pokhara though Damu and he is honest and reliable.

although it was recommended by a hotel in Kathmandu, the stay was really bad. double room very dark except for an unprotected neon light on one side but no lighting for reading in bed. the bedside rug has been dirty for centuries; there are no curtains in the shower so the whole bathroom leaks and remains slippery because there is nothing to dry. Only two shower towels and nothing for hands or feet or anything else.Hot water remain a dream!! A small bar of soap for two people, television not working. The Katmandu hotel had confirmed breakfast but in the morning the owner went to buy fruit and yogurt upon request, only tea was available. Hotel is beautiful, not lake view but cleanliness level and management deficiencies are really a negative aspect for a guest.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel is run by a family and I had the pleasure of meeting them all and taking part in one of their ceremonies. They were so kind and so helpful and understanding. I even went to their beautiful house and stayed there with them for a while. I had a super comfortable lovely room with private bathroom in both the hotel and at their house. The garden in the hotel is beautiful and relaxing and there was nice space on the balcony for me to work online. Their house has magnificent views of the lake and the hills and is on a beautiful hill. I walked from there to Sarangkot and the lake side and many other walks around. They have beautiful cute animals and several veg gardens. The food was picked every day fresh from the garden and I LOVED it. The family is so open and friendly. I really felt like being home. Highly suggest their hotel and their homestay if you seek quiet time, being in the nature and spending time with a beautiful family. Would love to come back again and hopefully will do. THANK YOU

This is a great hotel to stay at while in Pokhara. It has a great location being a 5 minute walk from the Lakeside where there is an abundance of restaurants and cafes. Great hotel for group bookings. There is a lovely garden area to enjoy and conservatory area to sit and relax. Service: The service is excellent. The staff are super friendly and take pride in looking after their guests. The owner Damu is what makes the North Face Inm extra special. He greets you with a smile no matter what time of day it is or what you need. He really goes above and beyond. Storage: Hotel has storage facility. When we went trekking we left extra items that were not needed in the storage and got them upon our return. Laundry: The owner can organise laundry to be done overnight. Express same day service available at higher charge Rooms; The rooms are nice. Comfy bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Hot showers. Breakfast: light breakfast available. I highly recommend this hotei. I look forward to returning some day..
