Absolutely disgraceful From check in To arriving at my Spa room with no spa Then to be told I booking the communal spa which is next door in the indoor pool. *** Then to be told again by recipiention that I didn’t book a Spa room. 🤬 **MEAN WHILE MY SOA ROOM WAS NEXT DOOR AND AVAILABLE FIR THE DURATION OF MY STAY! 🤯

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

Beautiful quiet location. Staff were very curtious. The was very clean and tidy. Extending for late check out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I accidentally booked this hotel, it was not where I thought it was, it was my mistake. I called and ask to cancel but the reception said they require 24 hours notice even tho I was booking a hotel the same day as I was arriving and immediately called to cancel. Very disappointing

Absolutely filthy mattress and mattress protector on the bed. Blood stains on the mattress protector where you would be sleeping next to the pillow. No mattress protector replacements. Went to put it at the foot of the bed and when we peeled it back, there was a MASSIVE STAIN - probably urine - in the middle of the bed 1/3rd of the way down. No other rooms - told to flip it over - well the other side was even in a worse state.

It was a place to stay. I wasn't expecting 5 stars so I got what I paid for. Having the room cleaned properly each day would have been nice.

Amenities were run down and there was little or no service rooms were good

I really appreciated staying at this place, I couldn’t fault anything staying there, I’m definitely going back, thank you
